If I had known any better but because it was my first time traveling to Canada I did not. I went off by the reviews of the hotel on Expedia.com I selected to stay here the last two nights of my visit it was a terrible and traumatizing experience due to the fact that there are bed bugs to which resulted in only myself, but my daughter and mother were bitten. I was bitten terribly on both my arms, behind the ear, back of neck, forehead, and right side eye lid. I swelled up so bad I could not see clearly from my right eye. Also, when I spoke with housekeeping to please clean the room while I was out looking for allergy medication and anti-itch cream when I came back I found the room the same way I left it. The housekeeper did not clean the room upon my return.

It was a super hot day we stayed at the property , and to our bad luck the ac did not work. It was. A conventional cooler system (I guess) which just makes some noise and hot air comes out of it. It was a terrible night for me and my family . Email sent to the manager as requested by the receptionist: (no response on it yet) Hi, I along with my family stayed in your hotel last night at Room 504. The room was decently neat, but the ac in the room was not at all functioning, it was just providing sound and hot air . I did call the reception at around 12 am , and they guided me on how to make it work on the knob driven control system, which I tried multiple times while I was on call with the receptionist. He informed it will be working in few minutes , to our dismay , it was the same almost all the time. Our sleep was very disturbed due to the heat and had to wake up 3-4 times during night to make it work . I spoke about this to the receptionist in the morning I was asked to drop an email on this . Hope you understand how much it has caused my long weekend plan and do the needful to get the system corrected .
