it was so beautiful but very disappointed to find cigarette butts on my back porch as well as i was swimming in the pool but had gum stick to the bottom of my foot. overall loved my experience just a little disappointed in the cleanliness. it

Grounds are well kept and staff are very friendly and helpful. Hot tub was always in use but never over crowded, and views were beautiful. Accommodation was comfortable if a bit dated and not overly spacious, but certainly adequate. Would stay again.

I love to comeback again soon, specially the outdoor hot tub and pool have a good view and the place condo have all have everything, but the part that i didn't like is their toilet have stain and so disgusting.. overall good place to stay.

The pool views can’t be beat! Love the hot and warm pool and sauna. It’s the reason I keep coming back! The warm pool was dirty though, you could see the grime on the tiles. Everything is a bit run down and needs a refresh. The room was dirty beyond cleaning anymore honestly. Tiles with white water stains on them, grime and dirt built up in the corners of the rooms, on the cabinets and doors, everything is just…old, tired and dirty. I stay in the cheapest room so maybe that’s why? I have no idea if the more expensive rooms are updated. Bring housecoats and crocs/flipflops as you have to walk outside, sometimes a fair distance, to and from the pool to your room. My kids loved the free hot chocolate in the lobby. You can get games from the front desk but the options are limited and the game we had (Jumanji) didn’t have all the pieces. No paper towel in the room unless you request it. Soap and shampoo/conditioner is rocky mountian soap company which is awesome! Loved it. Room has all cooking/eating stuff you will need. Parking is not assigned so it can be hard to get a spot close to your room. Love the location on tunnel mountain. You get free bus tickets to get to and from town if you don’t want to drive. Good and bad at this hotel.
