Terrible experience with management.
We had a terrible experience with hotel management. We were in town to watch our sons CSSHL Hockey Tournament. Our son and team was staying at the downtown Fairfield Inn and suites. We accidentally booked the West Kelowna hotel and the hotel management would now allow us to change or cancel our reservation without charging us a $250 fee. Unfortunately we ended up staying at a different hotel than our son. Very little compassion or understanding from hotel management.
