Whistler Peak Lodge is enviably situated in the heart of Whistler Village, with grounds that include a fitness room for your morning workouts and ski/bike storage. The Whistler Village Gondola, the Excalibur Gondola, and the Fitzsimmons Express Chairlift are all within a quarter-mile stroll. If downhill skiing isn't your activity of choice, you can snowshoe, cross country ski, or peruse the many shops and restaurants that await practically outside your door.

Over the Victoria Day long weekend (the weekend before the second-to-last Monday in May), all Vacasa properties in Whistler enforce a minimum booking age of 25.

Mediocre at best
My partner and I did not enjoy our stay. The access to our room was awkward, needing to go through the spa/fitness center. The parking was a maze. The hot tub was closed for COVID, it's 2024. The fridge was not cold enough, there were only two body towels which were small. The bathtub was fine but the side was falling apart, the lights were on a weird delay. The bed was maybe a queen but we have a sneaking suspicion it was just a double and the sheets kept coming off, there was also a stain on the sheets, there was also only one nightstand which is weird. There was coffee and tea in the room, but no sugar. There were no extra linens that we could find. There was only one small trashcan under the skink. It was also quite loud, which not the place's fault but did not add to our stay. Pros: walkable and convenient to Whistler village, wifi was fine and free, high ceilings. Fine if you're on a budget, but would not recommend.

This was a great place that was extremely comfortable and enjoyable to stay in. The only issue that I had was trying to get the check in details the night before, I had to send many messages to Vacasa, it was very frustrating. Other then that all was great and would happily stay again.

Second time we have stayed and would recommend. Studio room was big enough for two with all it's amenities but in the heart of the restaurant district to walk as well.

Excellent management & service
We were initially concerned about the strong mold smell of the tile floor and bathroom upon arrival. I only mentioned our concern because management took the kind initiative to provide a courtesy phone call to ensure we were satisfied with the room. Because housekeeping would not be available until the next day, a very hard working and friendly man, Zaldi came immediately to identify and remedy the issue himself, eventhough it was already late at night 👍🙂. He put great effort & work into disinfecting and fully cleaning the bathroom and all tile surfaces. It was so clean and smelled good after he helped us. We greatly appreciate how much staff care about the premises and guests. I think the mop and other cleaning aids used by housekeeping just need to be bleached to kill the mold, then allowed to dry completely after use. I would respectfully like to recommend, washing the carpets in this unit, if possible. Because management was so caring, and service was phenomenal, my daughter and I would stay here again. Many thanks to Management and Support Staff.

Quaint cozy studio pad
You are in the heart of the village. Seconds from amenities and just a stroll across the street to access the famous lost lake trail. We really enjoyed staying here. The room was very clean, cozy and quiet for our quick getaway. Checking in was effortless and the staff were very friendly. We would stay here again.

Emplacement idéal dans Whistler
Points positifs: très propre, bien localisé, bien équipé, personnel très efficace et serviable. Points négatifs: les murs sont très mal isolés et les portes claquent fort. Les lumières de la chambre cessent parfois de fonctionner. Le drap contour ne correspond pas à la taille du matelas et donc il décroche ++. Globalement tout de même une très belle expérience et nous le recommandons à tous ceux qui souhaitent vivre Whistler sans se compliquer la vie.
