Recently renovated spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom home with private hot tub is bright, airy and well-appointed with beautiful decor. The master bedroom has a king bed, private deck & private hot tub and A/C. The second bedroom has a tri-bunk. Relax in front of the gas fireplace and smart TV after a day in the mountains. The unit also has in-suite washer/dryer.

The Sunpath complex features a superb location. Only a six-minute walk to the lifts, and also a short walk to the Whistler Conference Centre and all Village attractions. The Marketplace mall is located nearby and includes grocery and liquor stores.

Because of the location of this beautiful home, everything is within walking distance. In the winter time the Resort Municipality of Whistler and BC Transit are offering the free #4 bus from Marketplace to the base of Whistler Mountain - after a long day on the slope why not take the bus home?

Excellent unit but parking fiasco
We loved the unit. Clean, modern, well decorated, an extremely well equipped kitchen, decks, great hot tub, recycling and composting set up, great bedding, etc. Parking was however confusing, and resulted in our two vehicles being towed for a cost of $460. Outpost was gracious enough to cover half of that, but it was still a lot. We found the signage unclear, the description of the entry to the parkade unclear, and did not understand why, having left our phone numbers on the dash, we weren’t called as a warning. We found other renters checking in to also be very confused, and later noticed a sign warning about ‘predatory towing’ in the area. Indeed. I’m in cancer treatment on chemo and was perhaps a little out of it to figure things out, but my brother And sister were as unclear as I was. I’m not sure who this feedback should be directed to, perhaps it is the strata? It was unfortunate that the incident tainted an otherwise great stay.

Short walk to village. Easy to find.
Very nice condo, courtyard , pool and hot tub. We enjoyed the private hot tub. With air conditioning only in the master bedroom it was very hot. The stairs and distance to carry our stuff was difficult.

Overall we were happy with the property. The layout is tight in one of the bedrooms and one of the bathrooms though. I kept banging my knees and toes. We also had to get used to the small water heater and had to space out the showers at night.

good location
PROS -Good location central to everything. Nice quiet complex -easy check in process CONS -Pool is tiny and at most time extremely busy - Third floor where bedrooms are are extremely hot no air conditioning - requested 3 fans there was only two at the unit so very hard to keep 4 people cool (different floors etc.) Blinds in bedroom don't keep out light very well so be prepared and bring eye mask if you like to seep past sunrise. Some issues with the tv but we were told they will be fixing . No major problems just my thoughts on how it could be improved but nice complex! Would consider staying again but a/c or at least better fans and more would jelp!

Class act!
We've stayed in various rentals in Whistler and this one is by far one of the nicest and well looked after. The person that cleaned this unit before we arrived needs some recognition, it was spotless making it so welcoming and relaxing! We were well looked after by management and location couldn't have been any better for my family and I. First time with Outpost and will not be our last. Undeniably a 5 star!

Perfect spot for Whistler getaway!
This property had everything we needed and more! The location to slopes and Whistler village couldn’t have been better. The condo was spacious and fit our family of 4 adults and 2 children perfectly. The private hot tub was an added bonus! We will definitely stay here again!

Very wonderful place
Four of us stayed here for the last week of January to spend some time on the mountain. We were very comfortable here. Checkin was seamless, instructions were simple, and all was clearly communicated for checkout as well. The kitchen was perfectly equipped with everything you could need. Only negative was when we tried using the oven it filled the place up with lots of smoke so we didn’t use it for the rest of our stay (probably just needs a good cleaning). The apartment was very clean and comfortably appointed - I loved the decor! Four of us sat comfortably on the couch and the big pillows and blankets made it extra cozy after a long day on the mountain. The in unit jacuzzi was a game changer and I’m afraid I am now spoiled for life! The place is about a 10 minute walk to the whistler village gondola. This was a little bit of an effort for those with ski boots. If you’re going to tire yourself out on the slopes, save a little energy for the walk back! In the evenings, it was very convenient to the village and we feel we were able to make the most of our stay at whistler. I would love to stay here again upon return to the mountain. Thanks Sarah for sharing your beautiful place with us!
