Description
This rustic and cozy condo is conveniently located in the heart of Whistler with easy access to the gondolas, shops, restaurants and nightlife. The open concept makes it great for socializing and the private sauna is perfect for “me-time.”

Location
The condo is in the Village Square, on the Village Stroll, and above the Amsterdam Café Pub. The entrance to the unit is located on the second level of the building and accessed by two flights of stairs.

Ski Access
It is a two-minute walk to the Whistler Gondola, Fitzsimmons Chairlift and Excalibur Gondola to Blackcomb.

Ski equipment storage is on the main floor of the building. There is one locker per unit.

Overall, no complaints. Great location, plenty of room! Just a caution, it can get pretty hot in Whistler and the unit is not equipped with AC. Although fans were provided, it was still pretty toasty inside until nightfall. Would probably stay again during the winter. And lastly, Greta communication with the property owners!

Awesome location
Great place to stay right in the village and walking distance to slopes, kids ski school, Olympic park, grocery store, restaurants, etc. It gets a bit noisy at night being close to the restaurants and bars but it didn’t keep any of us awake. The fireplace and sauna were awesome after skiing. It was super clean and stocked with lots of cookware. Management was very responsive and sent someone right out when we had a problem with the microwave. The loft room with the bunk beds is accessed by a ladder (my kids thought it was so fun) and the unit is on the second floor with no elevator. I share because it might be tough with toddlers or if you have trouble with steps.

Location is unbeatable!
Awesome place. The sauna was such a perk that we used everyday after skiing. The location being right in the village was fun and with the earplugs / white noise machine we had no issues sleeping. The beds were also great quality and the kitchen was fully stocked. Would definitely stay here again.

Super Bowl and skiing with friends
I am in a group of 50+ year old high school buddies who ski Whistler every year and start the trip off with the Super Bowl. Fitzsimmons C was the perfect size for our group in the heart of the village. The unit was as advertised: clean, spacious, with plenty of amenities and in the heart of the village. The walk to the lifts was 2 minutes. The condo was our home base and haven for a fantastic week.

Great location, needs air conditioning
Incredible location, well-stocked kitchen, comfy beds, and a good amount of space for my husband and me, sister, and my two little boys. The description about the level of noise from the restaurants below is accurate. We didn't mind that so much and the noise machines/fans helped. The only problem we encountered was that the windows are all west-facing and not all of the windows have blinds plus some of the blinds were missing vanes so it got VERY hot in the afternoon/evening. Several of the windows were taped shut so we couldn't properly ventilate when the air did cool down outside. Air conditioning, repaired blinds, and/or new windows would help a lot! Overall a great place to stay though. Maybe better in the winter :)

Well located
We really enjoyed our stay in whistler. The house is very well located, everything is within walking distance. The place was really clean and everything worked well. Our only complain is the noise from the late partners on the street and the windows leaking cold air in. Otherwise a great place.

A Perfect Location + Accomodation
Location! Location! Location! We loved this unit. It was the perfect size for our family of five. Description and pictures totally accurate. It is so close to the gondola, across the courtyard from the grocery store and all of the restaurants and shops. Kitchen is well equipped too. Bathrooms newly renovated. The noise did not bother us but our kids are 16 and 17, and we were all exhausted from the great skiing. There are lockers for storing equipment on the ground floor, too. We will be back!

The location was absolutely amazing. Right in the heart of the village and extremely close to the gondola and surrounding bars/restaurants. check-in / check-out process was incredibly easy and the folks at whistler wired were great with responding to any/all questions that we had. My only recommendation for improvement would be to install new weather stripping on all windows on the first floor. You can feel a draft next to the couch and in king bedroom Otherwise the stay was absolutely perfect! As a side note: The listing is slightly inaccurate regarding the rooms available. There are actually two additional bunk beds located in the loft above the 2nd floor.

As long as you come prepared with white noise machines, ear plugs, and eye masks, the experience and location are excellent. If not, you will not get enough sleep and be miserable. There is a constant drum of music late into the night from the bars and restaurants that are right outside the windows, along with late night revelers laughing and at times yelling, seemingly into the wee hours of the morning. Luckily, being seasoned travelers, we came prepared, otherwise, it would have been a miserable experience. There need to be more working shades and curtains, along with better soundproofed windows. One of the main windows in the living room had a broken latch, resulting in increased noise from outside and a steady stream of cold air coming into the living room sofa right where everybody is hanging out, so much so, that we had to hang a blanket over the window for insulation. The kitchen is well-equipped and functional, the bathrooms clean and functional, the bedrooms decent size, and the beds comfortable. There is easy access to both the building, the unit and parking spot. The proximity to the shops, apres-ski action, restaurants and ski lifts is a big plus. Overall, we had a fun week, but as I say, we came prepared.

If you are looking for convenience and proximity to the lifts this property is ideal. Located in the heart of the village the grocery store, liquor store, Starbucks are all within 50 yards of this location.

Location doesn't get any better than this!
I stayed here with my husband and two other couples for 4 nights in August. The location was perfect! Couldn't have gotten any closer to the action. We had a lot of fun people watching from the windows, and loved being within a 5 minute walk from everything the village has to offer. We stayed here in the middle of a heatwave and my god was it hot... There is no air conditioning in the apartment, but there were a lot of fans and we were able to use them to survive, along with lots of cold showers. The fans also helped with tuning out the noise of the late night partiers and we had no trouble sleeping at all, but sensitive sleepers beware. The bedrooms were quite tight space wise, but the beds were comfy enough. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and I would definitely come back for another stay at the Fitzsimmons!!!

Amazing property!
A wonderful place to stay right in the village! This apartment was spacious and well kept. Check in directions were clear and easy to follow. There obviously is some noise since you’re right in the village but nothing to complain about because you cannot beat the location!! Ear plugs and white noise machines were available but I honestly didn’t need them. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to be steps from the mountain and social life whistler village has to offer!
