Description
This rustic and cozy condo is conveniently located in the heart of Whistler with easy access to the gondolas, shops, restaurants and nightlife.  The open concept makes it great for socializing and the private sauna is perfect for “me-time.”

Location
The condo is in the Village Square, on the Village Stroll, and above the Amsterdam Café Pub. The entrance to the unit is located on the second level of the building and accessed by two flights of stairs.

Ski Access
It is a two-minute walk to the Whistler Gondola, Fitzsimmons Chairlift and Excalibur Gondola to Blackcomb.

Added convenience
The condo comes with one secured, underground parking space.
Ski equipment storage is on the main floor of the building. There is one locker per unit.
Complimentary concierge services. We’ll answer questions and manage the details of your Whistler trip: airport transfers, private and group ski & snowboard lessons, lift passes, equipment rentals, activities, heli-skiing, dinner reservations and pre-arrival groceries.

Location location
Can’t get a better location in Whistler town! Noise wasn’t too bad and we didn’t need the provided ear plugs. Great vacation over New Years! Sauna takes about 45 mins to heat up so turn that bad boy on early. Beds we comfy AF. Kitchen nicely stocked to cook. Great stay!

What a great place! Tons of room and in the best location. Whistler is amazing. Only complaints were... Parking was hard to find. No AC which made for super hot nights, but not the end of the world. Bars and nightlife are just below. Tough to sleep if you go to bed before 2am. Overall it was a great week. THX

Fantastic Location and Whistler Wired Team was Great
We were part of an 18 person group that travelled to Whistler for skiing. 8 of us stayed in this location. There was an unexpected loft with 2 twin beds that worked out great. Location is fantastic. Easy walk to the lifts and easy access to all the apres activities. The communication from the Whistler Wired team was great. We used them to coordinate airport transportation and food delivery. Everyone had a great time!!

Centrally located, lots of space
Our family (3 adults and 3 children) stayed here and had a wonderful stay. There are more pros than cons. First is the location being incredibly close to the lifts, right across from the marketplace and in the middle of many restaurants and cafes nearby. The space is well thought out with surprisingly comfortable beds. A bonus was the loft area with two twin beds (which wasn’t in the listing when we booked) so that was an additional room my teenager loved. If we had more people there was a Murphy bed and sofa bed in the living room but we didn’t use them. Point is plenty of sleeping options. The kitchen was well equipped — they even provided whole coffee beans and a grinder. Lots of towels provided so we didn’t feel the need to even launder the towels during our week, greatly appreciated. The laundry room takes $2CAD each for washer and dryer and is just steps away down the hall. Yes, the bathrooms are pretty old and that’s prob one of the few “cons” but they made the most of it with some nice toiletries. Yes, the bars around are loud — but they make that clear in the description and in all of the reviews….so no surprise there. They do provide ear plugs to help drown out the noise. It was surprisingly not an issue even with 3 kids who thought it was like white noise. The ski locker downstairs was huge and could fit 6 pairs of skis easily. The checkin and checkout process was smooth and easy. All in all great stay, definitely would recommend.

This was such a perfect location in this winter wonderland. Rooms were perfect and such a cozy setting for friends and family. Concierge service was awesome too. They scheduled our fittings and it was so close to the home.

Great location right in the middle of town. Lots of restaurants and bars near by. Like all of Whistler, very safe area. Very noisy all night with people out having a good time and we were fine with that as we expected it but if you are not, that is something to note. The place does need lots of updates for sure but beds were very comfortable. It was hot as no AC and the sun beats in through skyline all day. There were lots of fans which helped. And again we did no ahead about no AC. We did have an issue in the bathroom and called and the maintenance worker showed up same day and corrected. Overall it worked well for our family of two middle age parents and our four 19-24 year olds.

can't be location...close and in the center of everything
Loved the layout for the five of us...still had extra bed space. if you want to be blocks from the gondola, and great places to eat, the grocery store 2 minutes away...can't beat it...i will stay here again in the future..just remember that because it's so central so are some late night bars with music and people nearby...was only a semi issue one night...if that is something you are sensitive to then may not want to stay right in whistler village...we loved the stay here....

Great Location, Lots of Space
We had a fantastic stay here and wouldn't hesitate to come back! We loved the location in the heart of the village mere steps from the Whistler ski plaza as well as easy access to all the restaurants, shops, grocery etc. We did not find the noise bothersome but they do provide earplugs in all the rooms if needed. The condo itself was very spacious and well laid out. It is an older building overall and there are a few things that could use updating in the bathrooms etc. but everything was functional and very clean. The upstairs bedrooms do need new blinds or window coverings for privacy as too many panels of the current blinds are broken or missing. Kitchen was very well stocked with plenty of plates, silverware, pots and pans etc. Our family of 5 (2 adults, 3 teen/pre-teens) had a great stay and wouldn't hesitate to book this condo again. We didn't have any issues but found general communication with the agency to be very smooth and responsive to a couple questions I had beforehand.

Needs serious renovations.. windows cannot even close place was extremely cold and loud.
Great location, easy check in and property managers did awnser the phone promptly. We were aware of the potential noise since the room is located above 2 bars and in the center of the village. Would not be writing this if it werent for the terrible windows in the unit. Each and every window did not close properly which not only heightened the already loud area but made it ridiculously cold. Called the property manager and mentioned this to him and he acknowledged that the windows were not sealed properly. I asked for this to be fixed but of course no one ever came or called back. Spend some money on renovations and fix the windows PROPERLY and this place is a great stay. Unfortunately for us this was not the case…

Significant water leakage issues - presumably will be fixed
I was torn about writing this review (I know maintenance issues happen but the manager waited too long to address it). The general state of the property was pretty much accurate. The place is a bit dated and it does get noisy at night (particularly around closing time!) but those were all clearly stated in other reviews. It's a centrally located condo with good access to the village and lifts. My primary concern was the water leakage. The bottom bedroom was unusable. As soon as we checked in we noticed water running down the beam... puddling on the floor and dripping on the heater. We called up the office and they sent someone over. He just called a cleaner come over with a bunch of towels. Over the next day or so the water penetration was getting even worse... puddles all building up in other areas of 1st floor. We checked in on a Monday and it took until Wednesday afternoon before the management took the problem seriously and moved us to a newer townhome. Nice place but further from the village (still pretty walkable). Bottom line: it's hard to imagine someone coming into that apartment before we did and not notice the issue (perhaps they don't do a quick check first??). IMO we should have been given a new place the next evening and I would have expected some form of discount/etc. I know there are maintenance issues but I feel the property manager could have done a bit more... at the very least we should have been out of there Tuesday afternoon. I will probably not use this manager in the future.

Cozy and Comfortable
Location! Location! It's a bit outdated but very comfortable and cozy. The beds were all very comfortable. There are only 2 washrooms and I wasn't impressed by the cleansiness of them, but that is my only complaint with this property.
