Mountainside Lodge nestled inside Whistler Village

This spacious one-bedroom resort suite measures approximately 700 square feet. You will enjoy a queen bed in the master bedroom and one queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Additional amenities include a full kitchen and dining area, two gas fireplaces, and two bathrooms. Maximum occupancy is four. Private sleeping area sleeps two.

Twin trundle beds located in the dining area. (We recommended the trundles for children)

Double Jacuzzi tub in the bedroom.

Air conditioning located by the gas fireplace.

Snow tires are recommended in winter months. Chains may be needed.
A Passport is required to enter Canada.

Due to the resort's central air system, the initiation of air conditioning or heat in units will cause some extra noise. Those sensitive to excess noise should be conscious of this during booking.
Shared property with 2 other accommodation companies. Mountainside Lodge owns 42 of the 73 units.
Due to limited parking, resort can only guarantee one parking space per reservation.
Pets, smoking, bikes, skis and snowboards are not permitted in the units.

Due to COVID-19 new protocols, our guaranteed check in time starts at 4pm and check out time is by 10am now.
We can only allow 1 family member to check-in upon your arrival, and we have your name as primary guest. Please bring your photo ID and your Credit Card to check in. (No pre-paid Credit Card, no Debit Card)
We will be using the lobby as the entrance and exiting the hotel will be solely done through the parking garage.
Face masks or coverings are mandatory inside the building.
1 family/ group traveling together at a time using the elevator.
We don't have any cleaning services during your stay. (If you need any additional items for your room, or maintenance requests, please call the front desk from your room phone.)
We will not be accepting cash for any transactions.
At this time, our public sauna and gym are closed.
Laundry room is available; however, it is first come first serve and we need 48 hours notice for booking of the laundry room.
Our pool and hot tub are open. Based on reservation, it is limited access only. Once you physically check in, we will provide you how to make pool/hot tub reservations. Please be aware that we cannot guarantee pool/ hot tub use at this moment.
Upon check out, it will be express check out only. Please call the front desk from your room to proceed check out.
We don't store any guest luggage at the resort at this time.
