Excellent stay
Great condo - if two people are willing to share sofa bed, it can sleep 6. 15 minute walk to base gondola, great accessibility to everything in town. Would certainly stay again!

Delightful!
Apartment 207 was very clean and comfortable with a pretty mountain view. Located in Marketplace village, it was convenient and close to the main walkway, the Village Stroll and it’s a 15-20 minute walk to the Excalibur gondola and chair lift. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice Stay
First the pros. Nice comfortable bed, condo away from the busiest part of the village which was nice. Easy ck in only 1 FOB given which was not ideal as there were 3 of us. The cons were the kitchen is not very stocked with utensils, no oven mitts, and other small items that I am sure most people would not use so I understand that. I would recommend but I think a few new things in the kitchen would be great.

Convenient location in Whistler village
The location is great, directly above the BC Liquor, pharmacy area and not far from the market. Place was clean and reasonably stocked. The main TV in the living room wasn’t working well and we had to do a bunch of technical troubleshooting to get it to work. Sent some photos to the host to be able to let them know of the issue for future guests. Kettle could use replacing and as a few others mentioned the toilet lid is cracked and the bunk bed is meant more for kids than adults. Parking spot is tight if you have a large vehicle (we had intermediate sized SUV) And you have to unload everyone and everything first and close your mirrors on the vehicle, before parking or else you can’t open any doors. A small car would fit ok though. Laundry in suite was ideal and the dishwasher and oven and stove all worked great. Balcony was nice to be able to stand skis and boards up on to dry. Easy walk to the gondolas (10-15 min) and it’s very close to the Olympic rings and park.

Really nice unit with lots of room for a family. Great to have air conditioning. Only downside was room with bunk beds was very small and warm despite air con in living area. You have to leave the door open and fan on. Otherwise very clean and comfortable stay. We would stay here again!

Great location
Location is awesome. Unit was clean and tidy. Would have been nice if they put a little effort into the kitchen dishes, cups and utensils, you can tell they are all thrift store finds. Also, all the containers for soap, dish soap, conditioner, shampoo were all the same. Bright orange dish soap! Good thing we noticed and didn’t use to wash our hair.

Awesome apartment for Whistler
We were a group of 4 adults staying in Whistler to snowboard and this condo could not have been more perfect. It’s located right in the village, walking distance to the gondola, many restaurants and stores, across from the supermarket, and right on top of a liquor store. The free parking came in clutch, we had more than enough room, and the fireplace and balcony were nice touches. We would 100% recommend and be back.

Great stay in Whistler with everything you need
My whole group loved the condo and the location even more. The free shuttle is about 2 min walk away but found we just walked about 10-15 min through Whistler village to the main gondola instead (to warm up and/or grab a coffee/drink). The grocery store is across the parking lot and the condo has most of everything you need to cook. Tons of restaurants/bars within a short walk so no need for a car when you make it to the condo. The condo is perfect for a small group and electric fireplace and shared hot tub is great. Only issue is we could not figure out how to control the heat. All the thermostats were off and the condo got hot enough at night that my friend who slept on the top bunk was too hot to sleep there. Good news is the bunk beds are comfortable enough for 30 somethings to sleep in. Would stay here again!

Great location, decent place to stay
Can't beat the location - that's for sure. Compared to a lot of other listings that were available to stay for my family of 4 (two teens and my wife) - it worked out perfectly. While everything in Whistler is expensive, this place was average cost-wise. Some things in the unit could have some TLC but it's relatively minor (a toilet seat was cracked, one toilet wobbled a bit, the batteries in the A/C remote should be changed, etc...). 4 stars out of 5.

Great location and space
Very great location within walking distance of everything you could want to do. The place is very nice and we really enjoyed the AC during this hot weather. The place is even nicer than the pictures show online and feels more spacious in person. We enjoyed the place was well stocked with supplies such as blankets, dishes, etc. The only thing that was off-putting was an unusual odour (musty/cannabis smell) throughout the unit when we arrived. One other drawback was that there is only one parking stall with the unit (which is difficult with a place that sleeps more people because you would usually have a couple of cars going). Both of these comments are out of the owner's control, so overall I still give a 5 star review!

Comfortable and great location
We had an enjoyable experience at Bob’s place. The place was clean and comfortable. We had some difficulties communicating with the check-in company as they seem very understaffed and you often have to wait on hold for more than 10 minutes. When someone parked in our parking spot getting in touch with them was very difficult and they didn’t have great options but eventually it worked out.

Beware if you plan on parking overnight
I've rented a different unit in Spring of 2019, they were doing interior renovations throughout the property. Glad to see the new improvements during my stay. The unit itself was great. There were 6 of us staying in this unit, and while it says it sleeps six, it's more like 5 adults and one child. The bunk bed is smaller than it looks in the photos. And like others have said, the door to the bunk room has a glass door you can see right through. My friends sleeping in that room had to keep the door open the whole stay because it got so hot in there. One of us was sleeping on the pull out sofa bed, so I went to the master bedroom for spare pillows. That's when u found that there were a couple pillows with BLOOD stains on them. One of them clearly had a large blood patch on it and another had blood smeared on it. Gross. The whole unit could have used an extra pass with a vacuum/broom. Kitchen had just bare essentials. Most of the pots/pans need to be replaced, the Teflon was severely scratched on most of them. My biggest issue was the parking. While there was a designated spot for our stay, we were unable to access it because the spots are so small, there was a large truck parked right next to our spot, we were unable to fit our SUV there. We contacted the front desk and they said we could park in the visitor parking for our stay. Unsurprisingly all of those 5 or so spots were taken by others. They told us other options for parking, but there were many miscommunications that resulted in us trying to find parking for the next 2.5 hours after already driving 5 hours from Seattle. We were basically told we needed to check the parking downstairs everyday for spots to open. We ended up paying for parking in the deer/eagle/bear lodge parking lot. We were told that we would be compensated for the parking we had to ultimately pay for, but we have not been contacted yet. Overall the unit wasn't bad, but the parking really screwed the stay. If you come, keep it mind that ALL the spots are compact. Don't expect your SUV or even some full-size cars to fit.

Great Ski Location
Location is fantastic. Grocery, Liquor store, Starbucks and shuttle stop for skiing all within one block. Can also walk to lifts if desired but shuttle is easy and free. Excellent shopping opportunities all within easy walking distance. Dishes were dirty and appliances/cutlery were worn out. Would expect better based on cost of stay. Property manager was responsive to concerns.

Great place!
We stayed at Marketplace 207 for the Ironman event. The unit was as listed, it had everything we expected. It was in walking distance to grocery store, restaurants and all events. The location couldn’t have been better. We shared the unit with another couple and had plenty of space. What I really liked is that I booked this a year in advance, when I emailed to confirm pricing they were one of the only places that did not double the listed price for that weekend. The other places I looked at doubled the listed price when it was known it was the Ironman event weekend. My only issue would be the parking stall is very small and there was a big truck in the next stall so we were unable to fit. We parked in lot 5 for $5 a day and left our vehicle parked the 5 days we were there, we walked everywhere. We really like the unit and has a fabulous time in Whistler!

Modern and clean unit in an awesome location!!
Enjoyed this unit as it been remodeled nicely! It is modern and clean and has AC. The condo is in an awesome location within walking distance to the grocery store, kids playground, and lots restaurants and shops. We walked everywhere, which was a huge plus because we didn’t need to pay for parking. On a side note, if you have a large SUV or truck be aware that the one parking spot is on the smaller side so it’s manageable but a little tricky to park. With that said, we would definitely stay there again!!
