Overall the experience was great. My only complaint was the room wasn't super clean. There was something that had been dropped and splashed on the wall by the door (inside the room) that was never cleaned and things were dusty, but the beds were clean. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and the hotel is so convenient to everything in the village.

Our stay at the Sundial was amazing. The staff went over and above to ensure everything was ok. Our door actually fell off its hinges and they ended up giving us our parking for free as an apology. I would highly recommend staying her and will definitely be staying here again in the future. The fact that they have double rooms with full kitches is so awesome!

The room was wonderful. It had a separate bedroom, kitchen, living room and bathroom. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils. Cookware, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and much more.

Great Stay at Sundial Hotel The location was perfect, right in the heart of everything, with stunning views from my room. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable. The room was clean, spacious, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. I would definitely recommend the Sundial Hotel and will be staying here again.

For a property of this price point you have an expectation of the service you receive. Very happy overall. I came in a pickup that was a bit high for underground and they valet parked it in an over height area for the same cost as self parking. Staff were very friendly and great at providing recommendations and responding to requests. The personal hot tub was great

Overall, we had a great stay at the Sundial. My wife and I have stayed here many times and enjoy the easy access to bike park, the bike valet/bike wash and location within the village. The only issues we had with our stay was the bedroom was a bit dirty in areas and the shower was a tub/shower which made it difficult for my elderly mother to get in and out of.

The valet was super helpful and accommodating with our two vehicles as well as our mountain bikes. He was attentive and we didn’t feel rushed at all unloading and loading luggage/bikes. Front desk were also helpful. Can’t wait to stay again!
