I would give the room a 4.2 to 4.5 if it was just about that. The rooms are very clean and the hotel is well situated in the village. What makes it a 5 is the staff. I have never met more friendly and accommodating staff anywhere. From Tom at valet, the front desk staff and the chamber maids, this place chooses their people well. Great recommendations for restaurants or places to check out. A lot of Aussie accents around here. They’re fantastic. Aussie Aussie Aussie. Oi Oi Oi!!!

Overall the experience was great. My only complaint was the room wasn't super clean. There was something that had been dropped and splashed on the wall by the door (inside the room) that was never cleaned and things were dusty, but the beds were clean. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and the hotel is so convenient to everything in the village.

Our stay at the Sundial was amazing. The staff went over and above to ensure everything was ok. Our door actually fell off its hinges and they ended up giving us our parking for free as an apology. I would highly recommend staying her and will definitely be staying here again in the future. The fact that they have double rooms with full kitches is so awesome!
