Overall the hotel is beautiful and definitely gives off a luxury vibe you might not expect in downtown Buffalo. The bathroom is amazing, the bed was comfortable. My only complaint about the rooms is (as other reviewers mention) the walls are super thin, you can hear everything in the hallway and neighboring rooms. Staff were friendly, although not necessarily super-attentive. You might need to track someone down to get what you need the bars/restaurant, but they will get you what you need and they were all nice. The area around the property is not much if you're walking, but if you're driving there is lots to do.
