We stayed the 2 bedroom suite. It was spacious, clean, had everything we could need and was very comfortable. We had 5 adults but could have had 6. I recommend this hotel.

Even with a crew doing upgrades on the grounds, and a university men’s and women’s volleyball team there during my stay. It was incredibly quiet. The staff was wonderful as always.

If you’re coming to Hamilton this would be the first place I would recommend. It may not be in the core of the city, but the price, friendly staff and amenities make up for the short transit ride or drive ( < 10 mins for either) same distance to McMaster University or Hospital. Perfect location regardless of what brings you to Hamilton.

Area around the hotel increasingly dodgy with the Urgent Care across the road maybe attracting some people with problems into the hotel lobby for warmth in the winter, but the real cleanliness, quiet and efficiency we've come to expect from this property were in evidence again. I would definitely stay here again during the holidays, a nice poinsettia tree in the lobby, room very clean and cleaning staff friendly, check-in quite efficient on Christmas Day and parking super convenient for loading / unloading.

It’s within walking distance of the quiet Westdale neighbourhood in Hamilton. It’s also a close walking distance to Fortino’s (grocery store) as well as many fast food restaurants. You’re also a very quick drive to some of the best and trendiest restaurants in Hamilton.

Every one on staff is friendly and accommodating. No request is deemed “too much” or crazy. Only complaint is better options in their vending machines. Other than that this place is wonderful

Front of the property looks a bit run down and definitely doesn’t do the place justice. Inside it’s well appointed, clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Staff were lovely, the pool was very nice, and the location was close to everything we needed
