The staff was very friendly and helpful. Had a problem with the AC in the room and they moved use to a room with a working AC. The AC is manual and not temp controlled.

We arrived there an hour earlier than expected and ended up having to wait an extra hour when check in time was for 3pm. We waited until 4pm almost. Also upon checking. Expedia shows parking is included but it wasn’t. It was an additional $30 per night. Another thing was our room was supposed to have a pull out couch as advertised on Expedia and it did not.

We had horrible night on New Year’s Eve Next door to us were partying in the hallway at 2.30 in the morning then we called the front desk and I believe someone came and talk to them then they took the party inside the room until 5.30 We couldn’t sleep at all and had to check out 7.30 in the morning to go back home. Our trip was ruined

I always like days inn around Ontario, but this hotel need attention because the mould smells stronger on the level 1, and my room was humity and wet underneath the floating floor

The concierge gave us a key card that belonged to a different room and we ended up opening the rooms and finding out that someone was staying in that room. Good thing, there’s no naked person, just clothes and bags.
