Comfortable multi-level unit with updated furnishings and private hot tub, sure to please families and small groups of friends.

LIVING SPACE
Cozy open-plan living/dining with a queen sofabed, 46" LCD TV and DVD player. Dining room suitable for up to 6 guests and fully equipped kitchen with full-size appliances and laminate floor. Large balcony with property and Village views. Private washer/dryer.

BED and BATH
The master bedroom has king bed that can be split into two singles. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and the third bedroom has a double bed. There is a queen sofabed in the living room. The master bathroom has a large shower and the second bathroom has a shower stall. On the main floor, there is a small powder room with toilet and sink. Private washer/dryer.

PARKING and AMENITIES
There is one free underground parking stall. This unit has a private 6-person hot tub on the deck. IMPORTANT: Property bylaws strictly forbid private hot tub use before 8am and after 10pm. Use of the hot tub outside of the permitted hours will result in bylaw fines (minimum $500). Repeated violations of the hot tub usage bylaw may result in eviction.

DISTANCES
The free Village shuttle stop is across the street and will take guests to the lifts in under 5 minutes. Golf is less than a 10 minute walk away, the lifts are a 7 minute walk away, and the Village amenities are right across the street.

Great Location
The condo's location is it's best attribute - directly adjacent to the grocery, liquor store, and the village. Also an easy walk to the Whistler gondola. The condo itself is fine but definitely nothing special. Very minimal kitchen supplies: cookware, plates, glasses, silverware. Bare minimum in furnishings as well. Extremely outdated TV with zero streaming options - bring your own Chromecast or Roku stick. Private hot tub is a definite plus!

Very functional space for families
The property was as advertised - great, functional space for our two families. Very close to amenities, quiet, and well appointed. We would have appreciated knowing in advance of the height limit on the underground garage. The mattress and linens on the pullout bed were unfortunately very dirty. Otherwise, a solid rental.
