I read the reviews prior to booking so there were no surprises. My room was acceptable, the air needs some adjusting, carpet is dated, but overall I stayed one night, the included breakfast was good, good selection and was good. Maybe open at 6 vs 630 only issue. I would say for the money and what I needed I was satisfied.

The rooms smelled awful, it states non smoking but as soon as you get in the hallway it reeked of cigarettes smoke among other things, mold in the bathroom my son was afraid to sleep there thought he was gonna catch something, checked his bed several times for bed bugs, refused to shower because of the mold, my other children’s room they left an ionizer in there and the room smelled of drugs and formaldehyde. For the large amount of money I spent on these rooms I was disgusted!

Bad: Stains on walls and curtains. Cracks and holes in walls. Breakfast area needs to be double the size, arrive area or you will be fighting a crowd. Wifi was spotty. Good: Generous TV selection. Room was decent size and ameneties. Located close to downtown and points of interest.

Our room was dirty and hadn’t been properly cleaned. There was vomit on the wall behind the toilet. I cleaned the wall next to the sink because I couldn’t look at the brown stains (spit or something disgusting that I was able to clean with a hand towel and water and soap. Not sure why the housekeeping staff couldn’t see it? The mirror and shower walls were dirty and there were hairs in the shower (I didn’t shower because I thought it would actually make me dirtier to get into the shower), I picked up a “clean” towel and it had pubic hair on it, there were hairs on the toilet and on the Kleenex dispenser and the toilet hadn’t been cleaned. The doors to the hotel slammed all night (no soft closing function or signs?) people shouting and being disrespectfully loud in the parking lot right outside our window kept us awake. I touched the blackout blind to clip it closed with a hangar (because otherwise the parking lot light would have shone right in because the blinds don’t close properly) and the blind was filthy. The lobby looks clean, but everything else seems like it needs to be scrubbed. Walls, doors, everything is dirty. We checked in, opened the door to our room and then went out to the parking lot to get our bags and the keys stopped working immediately but no one was at the desk to help us and we waited a long time to be let back in. We should have spent $30 more for a better hotel. This wasn’t worth the savings.
