Check in was very quick and easy. Front lobby was clean, smelled great. Get to room, saw 3 roaches in the first 2 minutes. Also saw a roach in the hall. They did change us with no hesitation to another room with no further issues. Breakfast was egg patties and sausage patties....no toaster and no bread.

We had a nice weekend at this hotel. Kind of disappointed with the selection for breakfast. Like others have commented there was no bread for toast.

I’ve noticed a decline in the quality of the Choice Hotel brand over the years, and this stay was no exception. The front desk staff lacked friendliness, making check-in feel unwelcoming. While the room itself was relatively clean, we were unpleasantly surprised to find mold in the corners of the shower. We ultimately had to request a different room, which was an inconvenience we hadn’t expected. That shower too had mold in the corners. The furniture in the room was worn and chipped. It’s unfortunate to see this brand’s standards slipping, and I hope they take steps to improve both cleanliness and customer service in the future. Let me know if you’d like any other changes!

We had checked in around 7 pm and terrified when we entered the room. The roaches were all over the room. We just run away from this hotel. I believe Expedia should report this to Department of Health. I can provide the photos I took. But Expedia won’t do it, it doesn’t care. In fact, nobody cares about anything in this country
