This was hands down one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in! Location is AMAZING! The rooms were so clean, beds super comfortable, the staff were so accommodating and kind. Fully equipped kitchen was a nice touch. We will never book anywhere else when staying in downtown Ottawa. The value for this amazing hotel is unmatched! 5 stars!!

Very affordable and enjoyable place. I was not expecting much given the price we paid for. When we went into our room, it was much larger than expected. It had an entire kitchen with a microwave, fridge, utensils, hot water machine, coffee machine, and stovetop. The TVs in the bedroom and living room are outdated, and you can’t stream your phone or Netflix on it, but they still provided us with cable for which you can watch your favourite channels. The washroom had a huge counter top with a lot of usable space. The shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and body lotion were all individually packaged Dove bottles. When you ran out, the front staff told us to help ourselves to a cabinet full of amenities for the entire floor. It was great! They also provided free breakfast in the morning which tasted better than expected. I loved the hashbrowns and egg bites. It was delicious. Couldn’t have asked for a better hotel with the price it was at. I loved it and will be coming back the next time I’m back in Ottawa! :P

This hotel is well overprized! as they told me it is a Suite when I booked, but when we arrived it was a big living room with multiple beds where there is no privacy at all! When asked about parking, we have to park nearby City Hall and walk about 10 minutes as the Hotel only have limited parking. The Breakfast was good!

The room was large and had all the amenities for a longer stay. Kitchen has everything you need , pits and pans and fridge and oven. If ever we come back to Ottawa for a longer visit we would stay here again. This was our second time staying here and would not consider anywhere else. Also had a computer in the room. The breakfast in the morning has everything anyone needs plus coffee cups to go and lots of cold water bottles. It's a wonderful place to stay.

Hotel was great value for money. The room was very spacious and comfortable with sofa, kitchen, and dining area included. Breakfast was somewhat limited but had essentials such as muffin, bottles of juice and water, etc. that you could take away. Area nearby had lots of dining options, bars and shops and was a short walk to some of the main attractions in Ottawa. If I was in the area I would stay again.
