There are many aspects of Business Inn I liked, but the large room, very comfortable bed, kitchen amenities, free washing machine, to name a few. There are restaurants galore, and a great location for sight seeing on foot. This hotel has it all.

Great Downtown Ottawa hotel
We had a wonderful 3 night stay at The Business Inn. Location was perfect to walk to all the sights, restaurants, groceries,etc. Underground parking ($20/nt) but worth it to us for free EV charging and security. Good breakfast with lots of choices, adequate kitchen for other meals, free self service laundry. It met all our needs and appreciated the friendly and professional staff.

Staffs are nice. Building is old. Room is spacious and clean. The corridor to the unit has some unpleasant smell due to two big black carts. Parking fee is additional $25 a day.

Very friendly and welcoming staff at the front desk. The room was larger than I expected with a lot of different devices like computer and printer, iron and ironing board, steamer for clothes, a/c, humidifier, heater, full kitchenette and set of toiletries. Great place for its price!
