The staff were pleasant and welcoming. That’s where it ends. This place was seriously sketchy. Not sure if they were using this place to house the homeless in Ottawa or what. Crackheads hanging out at the back of the hotel in the parking lot. What looked like human trafficking going on. Security guard in the lobby at night. Hole in the wall in the room and what looked like blood on the window curtains…was it? I don’t know nor do I care to find out. Barricade your door if you’re staying here.

Staff when we checked was super nice. Staff when we checked out was less than knowledgeable. We tried to stay an extra night but he said it's fully booked. I checked on Expedia and there 4 rooms left at an even cheaper rate. Hotel is supposed to be part of the green initiative but tub faucet was dripping the entire time. Climate control unit looked like it's from the 70s

Place was basic. It had a mini fridge but no microwave. Tub looks like it previously had a bath mat or grips but no longer does. It did however have Dove products in shower and for handsoap which was really njce to see. The elivator ledges are a good fee inches so becareful not to trip/with your luggage wheels. Staff were friendly and made local recommendations for breakfast when asked. Coffee provided near front desk.

Hotel was average overall. The tub/shower in the room had some hair in it still and was a bit rusty. Not a bad experience, just nothing special. Decent for a cheap overnight stay, but wouldn't recommend for a longer visit.
