Our stay was great except for the strong pot smell in our hallway. Both the days we checked in and the next morning when we checked out. If you can't smoke cigarrets inside the building, that should extend to smoking pot as well. Staff should have addressed it.

Parking lot is shabby, no lot numbers and no clear signs to casino entrance. Room was similar to a motel room, there was no condiments for coffee or microwave. For the price i paid for the room, I'm very disappointed.

We came down with football team. Boys can’t even go to dinning area or use other facilitie. They still charged $30 for facility fee. And every time anyone has question this toss us around.

Overall, it was a great stay. My only complaint was at check-in. They had on person at the desk, we were backed up by maybe 6 people/groups waiting to check in. I saw a few people walk back and forth behind the desk but didn't stop to help. The guy in front of me said he had been waiting for 20 minutes. Finally, about 15 minutes after I got in line, someone else opened at the desk. It's really frustrating seeing people walk around in the area of the desk but not help.

Stay away from here. The name made the wife and I believe this place was going to be amazing. If you self park, good luck finding the registration for the hotel. Then hotel staff doesn’t explain anything to you like why did I pay twice for my room? “ it was a hold charge for incidentals, but they never explained that to me.” we were issued keys to the wrong room and then they issued us keys to the correct room. I then notice a double charge. I called for a manager and I had to wait 40 minutes for a manager to call me back. Once I spoke with the manager she was a fast talker and instead of apologizing for the front desk employee giving us the wrong room and for not telling us about the hold, which would’ve been fine if he had told us, so I don’t logically think I was double charged for the room, she began to indirectly blame me for not reading the full email from Expedia. I have been to 1000 hotels and they always tell you if they’re gonna put an incidental hold on your credit card. She did apologize for the inconvenience which I appreciate and she offered $30 off, I don’t need $30 off I need good service or the employee who gave us the wrong room to be reprimanded. An offer of $30 was a slap in the face for the inconvenience.
