Nice, clean hotel and casino. Casino is smoke free which is great! They do have smoking areas for those who do smoke.

Treated poorly for not booking with Cesar's. Pool closed and was not notified with time to change reservation. Treated poorly when we asked for a wine bottle opener- was told we should pack what we need and a hotel doesn't want us to drink outside wine.

The property is nice. Rooms are clean. Parking is $25 per day. Kinda high for a guest. Unless your diamond or above player. Also unlike Las Vegas you cannot have your kids walk thru the casino to be able to take advantage of the on-site dining options. Nothing close to go eat in the area. If you book on Expedia ALL of the extra charges are NOT what you paid on Expedia. Be aware is all.

Caesars hotel is very nice, clean, with many amenities. However, the shower in the room was either very hot or very cold water temperature. The room lighting could be improved near the corner cabinet with the safety deposit box.

Would like to have more places to eat. We had to wait in line at Legends restaurant for several minutes while others were being seated first because they were Diamond players. I felt this was unfair to people who had been waiting in line first. I was also told it was first come first serve before choosing this restaurant.
