Exciting, fun (Saw Burton Cummings). Food is great, Spagos, Tim Hortons, Neros. We used you Bell hop and Valet Parking. Nice. I would have rather stayed in the Augustus Tower. It was a long walk from the other Tower to the Augustus Tower. We had a really nice time. Thank you.

Hotel told us that our room was ready but checking in even 1 minute early would cost us. We got there 10 minutes before check in… Hotel lacked accessiblity needs with broken elevators and parking was 15 minutes away from our room.

It was confusing trying to find the valet parking. We ended up in self parking. Then we had to walk all around the casino with all of our luggage to get to the Augustus tower. Signage is very poor

We had a great overnight stay for a concert. It had everything we needed and we didn’t need to leave the property. The room and building in general was clean and spacious. It felt like a fun and safe atmosphere. Would love to go again!
