Loud construction that scared us out of bed at 7am. No prior notice about the noise until check in. Fire alarm test in the morning. Terrible pillows and no hot water. I’m requesting a refund.

This location is stellar. The workout place is great. The bar has an amazing view. We felt the customer service was respectful but reflected an attitude of “this is what you get - anything else will cost you” which we find uncomfortable. Linens were lovely.

Very loud construction noise! There is a construction site right behind the hotel and it’s very loud and consistent noise, I can’t even stay in the room just for that. So I have no choice but to “upgrade” the room with extra cost to higher floor that could minimize the noise a bit. However, the construction noise starts again next day at 7 a.m., it woke me up and not able back to sleep because of the loud noise. It is very annoying. This hotel will punish everyone who doesn’t read reviews before booking. Also, the parking is also different, there is no free parking in the hotel and you have to park somewhere else and walk back which is not very convenient.

First time staying at Andaz Ottawa Hotel for family XMAS who lives in city of Orleans (15 minutes away) I rented 2 rooms for my family and welcome desk Mr Pirami gave excellent service, attentive to our needs, answered all our questions, courteous and professional! No parking in the hotel. Valet parking was $45. Very convenient walking location. Will recommend this chain by Hyatt!
