I was very surprised when checking in that they required a $100 cash deposit on top of the $250 deposit on the credit card. A room inspection was required on checkout to return the deposit. Additionally, the elevator was out of service. The staff was courteous and offered to help with luggage if needed.

We had cockroach in our room The hotel moved us to another room however we could smell the insects spay throughout the hotel and felt uncomfortable
