Free parking in front of the hotel. The hotel is spotlessly clean. We had a superior large room. The desk chair leather was wearing away in places and the safe battery needed replacing. However, these two tiny points should not put you off coming to this excellent hotel.

The service at this Sandman was Stellar. I received a phone call, the morning of my check in, from the manager. He wanted to welcome me to the Sandman for my stay, and was calling to let me know they had upgraded my room to a King Suite at no additional charge. Upon my arrival the staff was fantastic and ensured my stay was excellent.

We chose this hotel based on the proximity of our event venue was great walkable beautiful park walkable to grocery and Starbucks right across from train but it didn’t bother us there is a white noise machine if needed and the price was reasonable

I had a fantastic experience. The service from the staff was exceptional, making me feel welcomed The hotel's restaurant offered great food, and I enjoyed every meal I had there. Another highlight was the hotel's convenient location, being right across the street from a beautiful Lake. What made my stay even more special was the "Hope" sign across the street. A tribute to my nephew that recently passed. Overall, I highly recommend signature Sandman in Kamloops for anyone looking for great service, excellent dining, and a wonderful location. --- Feel free to adjust this template as needed to better fit your experience and personal style.

Can be noisy as right next to rail line. Our first room reeked of smoke and artificial air freshener. They changed our room thankfully which didn’t smell of cigarette smoke but still was thick with air freshener. Overall ok, nothing to write home about.
