Loved staying here. Loved the early 11am check in was only $25 bucks!! Absolutely love zero resort fee as we never use the amenities at any hotel we stay at. I thought I did something to the deadbolt on the door. Turns out I’m just an idiot and didn’t understand it was automatically locked when the door is closed. However they had maintenance up there in mins to “fix it.” Loved our stay. Will absolutely stay here again. Only complaint was .. well two.1. Floor in bathroom was sticky and 2. The room was so humid. Other than that thank you for the kind hospitality. Even the hospitality was super kind when asking if the room was ready to be cleaned. She is dated, but the shower was amazing and we were comfortable.

I didn't like that i was unable to speak to someone at the property. I emailed stating our flights were canceled due to winter storm Blair and i needed to cancel the rest of the reservation, they just responded to cancel it through Expedia/Travelocity and that was impossible.

Very friendly staff. Family style treatment from start to finish. Was surprised to see a nice clean casino, and Fremont Street is literally outside the doors making it fun for everyone.

Great experience! We stayed 3 nights, i get it, the music can be loud. But after being tired from out and about, It was pretty easy to fall asleep. We were on the 8th floor. Gambling was nice, not much of a crazy crowd. The magnolias breakfast was awesome. Great food, service and fast! Very traditional eggs and pancakes place. Parking garage was included, getting in and out of the area was fine. The whole city is under construction apparently, get up early! No resort fee, more money to spend elsewhere! I would do it all again soon!

We did enjoy how convenient it is to explore Fremont street. The room itself is OK. Very basic but clean. Small TV if you enjoy watching movies in your room. Most hotels have a bit larger flat screen TV. The Magnolia restaurant was a pleasant experience. The Chicago brewery has a cigar lounge inside, so if that's your thing then it's good for you. We don't enjoy cigar smell. The hotel was OK overall, but the weed smell and homeless visitors were not very pleasant for us. I noticed the D next door had security at the door checking people entering. This may be a better way to control the environment inside the hotel.
