What a pleasant team this hotel has. Friendly and kind. The room was excellent. The hallway carpeting and walls need a bit of TLC, but it’s to be expected with such a high volume of clients. The pool area and gym were client and highly equipped for Amy emergency. The breakfast was fresh and plentiful. Looking forward to going back next time we are in the Ottawa area.

We enjoyed our stay in this Hotel. The front desk Kevin was the only one staff at night. We’re trying to find a restaurant for dinner. He recommended nice ambience and most of all the good quality food at Cryaranos . Very near to the hotel. We’re looking for coins change so that we could use for our laundry. He recommended at Loblaws which just not so far from the hotel. Nice breakfast and many choices.

Good hotel, would return
Easy to find, the hotel was very clean and seemed to be well taken care of. The staff were helpful and the area felt safe. We had other plans for breakfast so didn’t eat at the hotel. I would stay here again if I were back in the same area.
