Was a good stay Not the property fault but booked a swim time and couldn’t go because of a child puking. Also was on 5th floor and desk made me go up and down a couple times because I couldn’t get in my room and they finally sent someone up and the battery to our door died. Breakfast was amazing.

I liked the layout. The rooms were placed around the outside perimeter with the interior being an open space with plenty of room to walk. There were also comfortable lounge areas where you can just sit and relax.

Great stay in Syracuse
Great hotel in the Syracuse area. It was very clean, hotel staff was great and property was very secure and easy to reach from highway. Breakfast was really good, particularly in part to the made-to-order omelet station.

Great Breakfast, awful rooms
We got 2 rooms, 517 and 518. Room 518 thermostat was broken, didn't even turn on. Room 517, door was unable to be opened. They switched us to room 519, and that only blew the hottest heat no matter if you turned on AC on the coldest, it was like a sauana and window was damaged so you couldn't even crack it open for fresh air or to help cool down. Fridge didn't keep drinks cold either. I wanted to change rooms again, but it was a large line and 1 guy working. 400 dollars I wish I could get back :(
