Full size mattress pad was on a king size bed. Had to call and ask to have the proper size put on so we weren’t sleeping directly on a mattress. The tv didn’t work and there was also no AC. Just a small window that didn’t let in much air at all. Too expensive for what we received.

Room was quiet and parking is easy in the garage under the hotel. Rooms are average size. I wouldn’t upgrade to a balcony room in future but everything else was good.

I was expecting a wow, but it was just ok. Maintenance of rooms could be better, had to call immediately as it was very difficult to shut my door. There was also a dripping faucet. Maid service provided just decaf coffee, and when I went to lobby to get the complimentary coffee, both tureens were out. The breakfast buffet looked good, but was just ok in taste and preparation. The staff, however, was very pleasant and attentive.

Our room with a requested balcony was what we got however it was just over the main entry to the hotel. Many tours (buses) use the hotel and every morning the buses were lined up early...6-8 am and loading people. As there is not AC we had our balcony door open so we got all the noise associated with the tour buses.

Hotel gave us a complementary bus pass & the bus stop was right outside the hotel. The bus takes you to the main downtown district, the hot springs & the amazing gondola that I highly recommend. The restaurant has the best drinks & my steak was absolutely delicious!

Nice hotel, friendly staff, great facilities. We only stayed for one short night but this hotel is in a good area with lots of food and shopping choices within a 10 minute walk. I just wish I had more time here so I could have gone in the spa. I went in to have a look and it seemed lovely and warm which I can imagine would be lovely in those cold winter months.

We were given a room on first floor which is like half a staircase down. No AC. Just a little fan. Then there was no warm water the whole morning. Staff did not act like they were too sorry.

Very spacious and comfortable room, good storage space in room and in bathroom. Great location for public transportation, excursion pickup, or just walking to town center. Only downside was that Wi-Fi in room was very weak.

Wonderful hotel to stay. The adjoining Keg restaurant served fabulous meals. Staff were really helpful in planning activities. Great decor ! A great place to stay!
