Lovely staff, everyone was very professional, friendly, kind and helpful. The hotel is very clean and kept in great condition. Great breakfast with good gluten free options. Family friendly. Stay was good. Comfortable beds. Close to airport but no airport shuttle. About a $16 cab ride. Desk staff was very friendly and helpful and breakfast had some hot items and good selection overall.

Lovely property, great rooms. Very quiet pvernight and eslasy to access/ find. Within walking distance to downtown sidney for dining and shopping. The welcome bags for the kiddos are an amazing little extra that always go down well and get a huge smile in return. A little privey overall but to be expected given the area and vicinty to airport.
