Great stay!
This is our 2/3rd stay at this property. Always very enjoyable. Unit just needs a few things replaced, There are a few dishes with chips, glasses mismatched, although kitchen is well stocked with utensils. I totally understand that some guests are not careful with dishes and cause this damage. The bathroom soap dispenser need’s replacing it is cracked and worn, fan needs to be fixed as well in bathroom. The ironing board is very difficult to get to open and stay operational, should be replaced as it could cause injury to someone or damage the floor, within collapsing. The unit is very clean, quiet and perfect location Just needs a little love and replacing of a few things. We will definitely stay again.

Beautiful unit
Well stocked with everything you need and location can’t be beat. Only 4 stars overall because: TV in bedroom could not receive channels, smoke detector beeped at least once a day and had to reset, and checkout process complicated with needing to scan for elevator and underground parking while still leaving fob and key behind in unit. Should have drop box in lobby for keys on your way out.

The Falls
It was a great stay. Highly recommend, it was perfect location and very quiet area. Excellent bed, blinds in bedroom were a great option for blocking early morning sunrise to have a sleep in and felt like vacation. Check very smooth, no issues. We have stay in this building before, once again we had no regrets.

Lovely weekend in Victoria
My husband and I had a lovely weekend in Victoria. The condo was clean, well-stocked, and the bed was very comfortable. A number of issues mentioned by previous tenants had been addressed. The bedroom carpet was clean and did not appear to be worn, there were blackout curtains on the bedroom windows, and there were no problems with appliances or plumbing. The location is great with numerous sights and restaurants close by. We would definitely stay at 11th Heaven again.

This is a wonderful location. Condo desperately NEEDS curtains in the bedroom. It is east facing .
Great property but bring a sleep mask as the east facing bedroom only has open weave shades.

Good Location In Victoria
This condo is in a great location and easy to walk to many of the attractions that Victoria has to offer. We stayed at this condo for 7 days and enjoyed our stay for the most part, except for a few necessities that were expected, but were missing.....toilette tissue, Kleenex, dish detergent, salt and pepper (small), bar soap, napkins. We did purchase these items ourselves and property managers have stated they will reimburse us. As noted previously in other posts, the bedroom carpet is in dire need of an update or replacement. It is very dirty and worn. After our 3rd day at the condo, the shower handle became loose and eventually fell off. Management was notified but no repairs occurred while we were there. For the price we have paid for our 7 day stay, I would expect a higher level of customer service from the owners!!

Fantastic!!

Convenient downtown location.
Valerie and Ali were very helpful and eager to make our stay pleasant. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with all the cooking items needed and more. The TV worked well . We weren't too pleased with the view, but we are not city people. Friday and Saturday nights were often noisy late into the evening with a bar close by. However, the location is right downtown and quite convenient. The washer and dryer took forever to finish cycles, but it was nice to have them in the condo.

Great location....average accommodations
If you are considering staying in Victoria, you cannot beat this location. However, that being said, the unit itself is in need of maintenance and cleaning. Specifically, the carpet in the bedroom is filthy, the walls in the entrance hallways need to be repainted as they are heavily marked, a number of light bulbs were burned out and the mattress in the bedroom needs to be replaced (the memory foam is like sleeping in a ditch). The staff you deal with for this condo, however, are top notch. They were fabulous throughout our stay and even helped locate another parking stall when we required it. They truly went above and beyond. Would I stay here again? Yes, BUT only if the price was lower as paying top prices for a unit that is average isn't my idea of quality. If the above items were addressed, then I would have rated this unit much higher. One caution for non-technical people....the security in the building is first rate but that means you need a key FOB to go anywhere. If you don't understand how this works, it could be quite a challenge to initially park your car, get into the unit etc. Forgetting the FOB simply means you are locked out of both the condo complex and your unit, which could obviously be problematic and ruin a holiday.

Condo was in great location, a couple of blocks from waterfront. Found carpets to be dirty, about half of the ceiling lights didn't work so bathroom and kitchen was very dim. Living furniture was very uncomfortable. We expected more for that we paid.
