Wow, this suite is truly an urban oasis. Situated in the Falls Building - arguably the most modern and "decked out" condo building in Victoria. The amazing amenities offered by the development include: waterfall accents on building exterior, water features in the courtyard and entry, 3rd floor seasonal pool with hot tub and fitness centre open year round, secured parking, FOB entry and elevator operation. Only 2 blocks to the downtown waterfront gives our guests walking access to all that Victoria has to offer.

The suite is very well appointed and in addition to the 900 square feet of inside living space, there is a beautifully landscaped 450 square foot deck and garden with a BBQ. A great place to spend the evening with a glass of wine or a cold beer. In cooler weather, our guests can relax with a book from the suites' own library or watch a movie or free Netflix on one of the two large Smart TVs. Please note, the fire pit shown on the patio in one of the photos, is no longer in use.

The Urban Oasis shares the third floor with the building's pool – a wonderful place to relax during Victoria's warm summer months.

Parking for one vehicle is included in the rental and if you are cyclist, the underground parking stall is set up to allow up to two bicycles to be securely locked up.

Amenities include: Fitness gym, seasonal outdoor swimming pool & poolside lounge area, hot tub, shower & change room & lounge area. Swimming pool & hot tub are processed through a water filter system, tested daily & conforms with the Health Act. The pool area is seasonal and has usage hours that vary season to season.

The location is nearby all of Victoria's best attractions. Walk to Beacon Hill Park or take a stroll to the Inner Harbour and enjoy the street performers. The world renowned Royal British Columbia Museum and IMAX Theatre is two blocks away and right next to the legislature buildings of British Columbia. Take a whale watching tour, a scenic sailboat ride, a harbour ferry, or a fishing charter. Indulge in one of the Historic Walking Tours, some ghostly, some not; or perhaps a carriage ride. Take a bus tour to Butchart Gardens or visit The Victoria Bug Zoo. All of this is within a 5 minute walk from your front door and there is so much more to do within a 20 minute walking radius. You will be busy while you are here in order to experience all of the "must do" things Victoria has to offer.

Local public transportation is at your door step. Getting here, or going back, the BC Ferries Connector bus service, providing service to The Gulf Islands, Vancouver and the Lower Mainland is just one block away. The Victoria Airport is 30 minutes away with convenient shuttle service (YYJ Shuttle) available, also just one block away. The Coho Ferry to Washington State leaves from the Inner Harbour. The float planes fly daily straight out of The Inner Harbour traveling to Seattle and Vancouver. The Victoria Clipper passenger-only-ferry sails into downtown Seattle and offers ground transport shuttles to other destinations in Seattle, such as the airport.

We like to inform our guests that being in the heart of it all, you should expect some city noises. We sometimes have people who want to be in the middle of it all, yet want it to be countryside quiet.

Important Notes:

Victoria is the busy, vibrant and growing capital of British Columbia. Just as in many cities in BC, Canada and likely other countries in the world, we are experiencing a shortage of housing. In dealing with this situation there are several new buildings being constructed in the downtown core, and elsewhere. We recognize that there could be some daytime noise but are confident that it will not interfere with your time in beautiful Victoria. Please note, construction is on-going on a building site located next to the Falls building. This may result in some inconvenience caused by building noise during normal working hours.

You will receive the important check-in information email and text message with the check-in instructions 7 days before arrival. Check-in starts at 4 pm P.S.T.

GARAGE HEIGHT: 6'8" (2.03 m) - If you have a large vehicle, please ensure that your vehicle will fit the garage height restriction.

Great spot
The rental exceeded our expections. The pictures don't do the place justice. In particular, the patio. The location is perfect. The place is super comfortable. The pool and pool area are a nice bonus! We would stay there again and recommend to anyone. In a perfect world they would have blackout blinds for light sleepers but that's asking a lot... Book the place for sure!

Anniversary celebration
This apartment was perfect for a get-away in Victoria. Within easy access to the waterfront and all the activities, as well as to many restaurants and pubs. The property was very clean, had everything we needed as far as cutlery, crockery, appliances, etc. The apartment remained nicely shaded during the hot afternoon sun because of the shade plants and trees on the verandah. As well there is easy access to the pool and gym should you wish to use those. There is also plenty of information available to help you make choices for restaurants, entertainment, etc. Management kept in touch to ensure that everything was as expected. A most enjoyable stay.

Beautiful quiet home at Victoria, BC harbor.
This is an elegant home that the owners shared with us. You have everything needed to live and eat your own good home cooking, if you don't do well with restaurant meals. One block away from the Empress Hotel you are able to walk and see the sites of downtown Victoria. I highly recommend this property.

This property was everything as described. It is a close walk to all downtown amenities including the inner harbor and shopping. We were very pleased with the apartment. Our greeter Editha was very helpful when she met us to direct us to our parking and to tour the building. The apartment was beautiful and very high end. Our only concern was that on Friday and Saturday evening the traffic was a bit loud and we needed to keep our windows closed

Great stay at Urban Oasis
The condo is mins away from the Empress and inner harbour, so the location is great for anyone visiting Victoria wanting to be in the heart of the city. Communication with Victoria Prime was excellent - they are very organized and on top of things. We really appreciated the condo being stocked with toilet paper, kleenex, laundry soap, dish soap, hand soap and other necessities (especially coffee filters!) We had rented a car and appreciated the secure underground parking. Plus, the stall itself was a very good one - easy to get in and out. It was also stocked with plenty of towels (including towels for the pool, which is conveniently located on the same level.) We wouldn't hesitate to rent it again, or recommend it to others.

Vacation Rental by Big Company - Too many Logistics!!!
We recently stayed in this very nice condo in Victoria, great location, well appointed, had everything we needed including a surprise washer and dryer (not noted in the listing) which was great! The bed was very comfortable and the fact that there was 1.5 bathrooms was a big bonus. It was in a very convenient location and we could easily meet up with our friends for dinner. The condo also came equipped with all we needed to cook but we couldn't figure out the symbols on the oven so we just made a go of it and it worked out !(maybe explain in your binder you have there for the condo full of really great info - worth reading through) I have been using VRBO for probably at least 15 years and this place had an incredible amount of logistics attached. I had to sign a contract and fill out some other form that came from one person. Then there is another person who coordinated your arrival person (which I received extra emails because it changed. So many emails) who you then have to text specifically 30 minutes prior to arrival. There are keys and fobs to carry around (no keyed entry) if someone comes to visit you have to go down and let them in. Then I just noticed after getting to the airport today there was another email where I was to email them back 24 hours prior to departure to let them know when you are leaving and CC someone else to coordinate my checkout time??? What? All so that the large company who is really renting out this place (not the owners at all) can coordinate their people to come in an clean it. Anyway if you are up for all that then this place is for you. This was over the top and I was stressed before I even left my own house to go on vacation (they made me feel like I was going to steal something from their place). I just saw the cute picture of the couple who supposedly owns the condo on VRBO when I booked it and thought I would hear from them but its not them. Anyway, it was stressful and time consuming and a lot of work for a VRBO that I only used for 4 nights and like nothing I have ever experienced in all my years of renting VRBO. I hope all VRBOs don't go this route. Great Condo...too many people and logistics to keep track of and doesn't make for a restful, worry-free holiday. Its really too bad because it is a really nice condo.

Great condo in the heart of Victoria
My daughter and I had a wonderful trip in this condo near the main attractions of Victoria. We felt home right away when we got inside. Everything is clean and new. Having trees on the patio of this 3rd floor condo was wonderful. Very modern and well decorated. The pictures do not show enough. We were surprised, I would definitely go back.
