Located in One of the nicest neighbourhoods in Victoria, this one bedroom suite is a quiet place to relax. This semi rural area near the east shoreline is only 12 kilometres from downtown. Surrounded by parks, beaches and ocean views, this quiet spot allows easy access to the city in a car, on a bike route or a nearby bus stop. The suite is also available as a 2 bedroom (for 2 additional guests) by opening an adjoining door (inquire about pricing). Either way, It has private access and is complete with a full kitchen, bathroom, laundry and parking. Come and enjoy a day, a week or a month!
This reservation has a Flexible cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 30 days prior to the check in date.
A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 30 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travellers cancelling from 14 to 29 days before check-in. Bed was very uncomfortable. The suite smelled like cat pee and was very under-stocked with general rental amenities. There was also mildew on the bed sheets and corners of the suite near the walls.

Great Summer Vacation Spot
The photos don't do this property justice. Its a fresh reno with new paint, mouldings, flooring and bathroom. Nice and bright basement suite with new large windows. Full kitchen if you are even more budget minded to cook your own meals. Easy beach access, and very close to cafes, restaurant, grocers in Cadboro Bay Village. I will definitely stay here again and take advantage of the many near by parks and trails in 10 Mile Point. Thanks Linda for being a great host.
