The property was in a nice neighborhood. Parking was not always easy. They don't like you to wear shoes in the house. The staff didn't seem happy to be there some of the time.

The Craigmyle is perfect! The shared lounge and dining area are beautifully decorated, comfy and relaxing, offering complementary tea and coffee. Breakfast is available for $10 per person. The whole property is spotlessly clean. Our room was cozy, warm and comfortable. Free parking was right out the front. Well located being a short walk to many restaurants. I would absolutely recommend The Craigmyle.

Wonderful Stay in Victoria!
We loved our stay! It is such a cool old home that has multiple guest rooms. It seems to be up to “hotel standards”, however, with a homey family feel to the experience. Everything about our room was comfortable and pleasant. There wasn’t one thing I can think of that would have made our stay better! It is a little bit of a drive to the Downtown/Wharf area, but we preferred not being in the hubbub of a busy touristy area. This manor is in a quiet residential neighborhood.

Loved our stay in the Garden Suite. Just need a bit of maintenance on the doorknobs and a brighter light in the bathroom. Other than that everything was wonderful!

I love this place! Have stayed here about 4 times over 10 years. The vending machine is a real juxtaposition. Being able to cook or prepare meals and have a beautiful place to eat is such a bonus.

I had a delightful room with a kitchenette and everything I could need, but there were also kitchens and dinings rooms to share. So beautiful… but the photo is of the neighboring castle, not the Craigmyrle

It’s a beautiful place. Clean, comfortable rooms. My only criticism would be a lack of electrical outlets in the room. Not one in the bathroom so very inconvenient. But overall I was very impressed.

The place was a little hard to get to if you are walking, but once you get there it is perfect. I had the mini suite with kitchenette & own bathroom. Quiet, homey and the beds are comfortable. Will stay here again.

Clean and well maintained.
Unique place. Well maintained and cared for. Its exactly how it is presented. Sounds do travel, but if you and your fellow guests are considerate, its lovely. Free laundry facilities was a huge help. Free parking too.
