This is a good hotel for the value but if you come in the winter, very noisy from the wind blowing on the doors. it was hard to sleep and they had somebody working on a sign at 9 AM right out our window. All we heard was banging. We drove three hours Without children to finally get to sleep in to be woken up to banging did not appreciate that. Great location and staff was very nice and helpful.

I loved how accessible this hotel was to the Falls and all the activities in the area. Free parking on site was awesome and definitely a deciding factor when booking. The breakfast was nothing special but certainly more than adequate. The drawbacks were that the gentleman at the front desk took a long time to check us in. He was visually impaired and needed to use a magnifying glass to see the computer screen and to find our reservation. I totally support employing people with disabilities. However, I feel that he should not have been left on his own to check people in. As well, the floor in our room was dirty, with dirt and "grunge" swept into the corners. The drain in the bathtub was clogged with hair and the water was slow draining. There was no plug in the tub even if we wanted to bathe. I liked the location of the hotel and therefore would consider staying again. Only next time, I would insist on a room in the main hotel (tower) and not on the ground floor of the motel section where our room was. I understand that those rooms were a little nicer.
