The staff is very friendly. Place in and out are clean. They are at not even a kilometre from a big mall. We liked it and will definitely book their again when we go back to Ottawa.

Tired hotel but clean

This hotel is pretty tired and definitely needs a pretty serious update. Soon as you walk in it is dated, and unwelcoming but clean. The breakfast was the first time ever we ended up having to get breakfast somewhere else after. I would just cut out the breakfast because it’s poorly executed. The staff were all pleasant and the hotel is clean.

The room was great, unfortunately the heating was turned off and had been set to A/C so was very cold and with hard floors took a while to warm up. The bed was comfortable the shower was amazing, a safety bar would be a great addition for seniors. Hence a 4 star rating.
