This beautiful VRBO suite, named "Fawn Haven" is situated in a private park-like setting with ocean views from the deck, which is minutes to the beach and all amenities, including restaurants, hiking trails, lakes and bus routes. Please note: This suite is the first floor of a 2 storey home with separate entrance, with private outside area.
The owners live upstairs. We are within 15-20 minute drive to all three hospitals - -Victoria General, Royal Jubilee and Saanich Peninsula.
This newly renovated suite comes with a separate large bedroom with a queen size bed; a brand new kitchen with stainless steel appliances (stove, refrigerator, built in microwave and dishwasher), quartz countertops, Keurig coffee machine and an additional countertop oven) and a selection of coffee pods and various teas provided; outside table top barbeque for your enjoyment; large 10' high ceiling living area with a Smart TV (including Netflix, Prime) and WIFI included for your enjoyment. Also provided is a pellet stove for cooler nights. Free long distance calls to Canada and the US are provided, if needed. Full bathroom with shower and tub. Top of the line washer and dryer is included which is shared with the owners use when vacant.
Private entrance with parking. 1 man's and one woman's bicycle available to ride on the Galloping Goose trail or through the other various trails throughout Victoria.
Enjoy the park like setting!

English version below… Séjour extraordinaire, l’endroit est spacieux, propre et les hôtes sont tout tellement gentils et serviables! Ils m’ont non seulement fait faire le tour du propriétaire de la résidence, mais ils m’ont aussi montré les environs afin que je me retrouve rapidement. J’y allais pour une compétition de mon fils au Saanich Commonwealth Place et ils sont même passés à la piscine pour prendre des nouvelles et s’assurer que je ne manquais de rien ! J’étais encore mieux qu’à la maison. This place is wonderful, all rooms are very spacious including the kitchen and the outdoor space. The hosts are so welcoming! They took the time, not only to show me the appartement but also the surrounding areas to help me get my marks quickly. I was there for my son’s competition at the Saanich Commonwealth Place and they even stop by to see how he was doing and to make sure that everything was ok in the appartement. Honestly, It was even better than my own place ! Thank you so much for everything Betty-Ann and Terry.

Lovely Rental
Betty-Anne and Terry were wonderful hosts. They were quick to respond and offered great recommendations on where to eat. The home is beautiful and we even saw deer and rabbits in their lawn. Check in and checkout was easy and convient. Would definitely recommend to other visitors. The space comes convient with a fridge, keurig, and plenty of dishes to make your stay more comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay immensely. Betty-Anne & Terry were approachable helpful hosts during our stay. The walk through with the hosts during our check in process made us feel at home right away. Our accommodation was roomy with all the amenities we would expect and more. Access to their beautiful yard was a plus. The hosts were so welcoming, and informative about the area. They felt like family after only a few minutes. The location is gorgeous. There is a beautiful private yard outside, and inside was everything we needed. The bedroom is very comfortable! I will look for a reason to go back.

Great Stay in Victoria
We traveled from Ontario to attend our daughter's grad from UVic. The hosts here are fantastic and even took the time to show us around the community so we would know where the amenities were. The unit was spotless and well appointed. We were also surprised by the local deer that visit regularly. We would highly recommend this property for anyone wanting a quiet location that has easy access to Victoria.

Excellent accommodation in Cordova Bay. The hosts were super to deal with prior to and after arriving at the house. The unit was fully stocked with everything you would need to prepare meals. We were in the area to visit a friend and do some early season biking. The location was close to everything we needed ie grocery stores, access to bike routes and access to all the amenities in the area. The hosts had lots of information on things to do in the area, restaurants and will provide a tour of the area to get you oriented. Most wholesome, welcoming hosts with an adorable place and great location.
My partner and I stayed at this property for the weekend while visiting my cousin at UVIC. This location was beautiful and the hosts were very accommodating and friendly. The garden and landscaping around the property is beautiful as well. We loved our stay there And would recommend staying there to anyone going to Victoria!
