they delayed the check in until 6 PM and no electricity throughout the whole hotel no hot water. They said they would fix the lights and electricity in an hour. It turned out to be an ongoing problem until the next day so we checked out. At least they allowed us to transfer to Doubletree and complementary parking and breakfast for inconvenience.

Power was out and they didn't tell us during check in. Room wast ready and couldn't give us a room near our family although they promised. Ended up leaving and staying at another hotel down the street.
