Loved loved loved the property. Only downfall is need more stuff surrounding it and it’s very far from the strip. It will be nice if they had a shuttle, however place is really nice and clean.

The property is very clean and the staff are very professional. My only complaint would be house keeping. I stayed in the hotel from Wednesday to Sunday. Two queen beds for my husband, myself and my toddler. The room was a little dusty and the tub had some stains in it. The first night, I pulled off the covers to get into bed and there was crumbs and a food stain on the sheets. Obviously the sheets had not been changed. I called house keeping to request a full service for the morning and they brought fresh sheets that same night. The next day, no one came to service our room. I called again and requested service for the following date (Friday). We left Friday morning around 8am ( there was someone from house keeping cleaning a room a few doors down) and didn’t get back to our room until about 1:30pm. Our room was still not serviced. House keeping came to our room around 2:30p but by that time my toddler was taking a nap. All in all, we never received full sevice and I would have appreciated if there was more communication when I called the staff and requested service.

Beautiful resort. one things I would do differently; when I make reservations I would ask for a room with a walk in shower. My room had a combo tub/shower and the sides were so tall it was very difficult to step in and out of… rather dangerous. The lighting was rather dim in every area of the room. If they would install a mirror on the inside of the bathroom door it would make it easier to do your hair and see the back.
