We had a fantastic time at the resort, Our room was a junior suite with partial Ocean view and we had a great view and room building 3. Staff were great food was good I'm not a fan of making reservations but the app was easy to use.

First time visiting Cancun and will definitely return to the same resort!! You get a personal butler (what they call it) that text you everyday that is extremely attentive. Every staff member made us feel welcomed. The beach waiter was one of the nicest persons I have ever meet (Moises). We rate our experience 12/10 for us.

Been here a couple times now and will definitely be back. The food is excellent, except for the pork chops. Thank you to my housekeeper, Lorena, for the extra care and understanding my situation. Great resort, greater staff. Only one small complaint. Limes could definitely use more martini glasses. Having a dirty or espresso martini in a beer or wine glass isn't the same.

Pool was amazing opened 24 hrs great music w/ DJ during the day had other pools if you wanted it quieter. Restaurants were good you did have to make reservations as soon as you got there. Even though alot of the tables were empty they would not let you reserve saying they were at max capacity , only down side to the resort. Room service available but by the time they get it to your room food is cold so wouldnt recommend room service. Burgers, hotdogs and tacos were served poolside from 1-4 those were great too. Drinks were very good. Checking in and out was great. We were Serenity Club so not sure what its like if you dont spend that extra money. But Serenity club did have a lot of perks i think was worth it just having your personal concierge. Carlos was ours and he was great. He checked on us everyday pretty much and took care of anything we needed. Location out of the way. Taxi charged our friends $100 from airport to hotel. It cost us as a group of 6 $180 for a taxi to take us to the market sq and back. If you dont plan on going anywhere its great. Nightlife and shows were great. No reason really to leave. Rooms were very nice bed very comfortable. We had an amazing view of the ocean. Beach was nice lots of areas to sit and relax. Plenty of chairs around all the pools. They had plenty of canopies too. They had 3 canopies you could actually rent but too expensive never saw them rented out at all during our whole stay. Our housekeeper Lorena was amazing. Turn down serv

The staff were great and attentive but overall it was an underwhelming experience especially for the price. Food was ok, drinks were ok, entertainment was ok. Room service food was not good. The website to use to book reservations was horrible and caused issues where we couldn’t seat everyone in our party. I would not return or recommend but still had a relaxing time.

If I could rate anything with 1,000 stars, it would be this place. When we checked in, Angel immediately made us feel welcome and like actual royalty. We were given complimentary upgrades to our rooms and late check out. We hit the pool right away, which was stunning. The pools are both heated, have swim-up-bars, snacks and beautiful views of the ocean. When we went to the buffet for dinner, our server was Brenda. I cannot begin to tell you how much that wonderful lady made us feel at home and like we’d been friends for years. She was so welcoming, giving us advice on what to do, where to go and what to eat. She’s like everyone’s super fun auntie. We were so excited when we got to Satsu a few days later and she was our server again. Anytime she saw us, she’d wave, give us a big hug and blow kisses at us. Alan was taking care of us at the main pool. He is so full of energy and excitement, you can tell how much he truly loves his job. Manuel at Olios looked after us on our last night. He was so careful in his explanations and recommendations, which we really appreciated. He also gave us a Spanish lesson while we were at the table and we had a ton of fun with him. The beach is beautiful and we appreciated that the towels by the pool/ocean were self-service, not like other resorts we’d visited. There was absolutely nothing negative we could say about our stay at Haven and we’d love love LOVE to be back ASAP.

I had a lot of high hopes for this vacation. Unfortunately I was greatly disappointed. This hotel is only about 6 years old and is falling apart! Several broken things in our room and our friends' room weren't working including broken tv, clogged shower, safe that wasn't working, & door lock broken, lights not working, And the rooms all were incredibly musty smelling. Part of the hotel has plastic taped up like they were going to paint? But that didn't happen in the 8 days we were there so it just looked trashy. The swim up bar has mold all over the ledge on the one said at the "loud pool." The swim up bar at the "quiet pool" I witnessed severval times dirty cups being taken, rinsed (NOT washed), filled and given to the next person! It was disgusting. I had gotten a cup with residue from another drink and lip marks on the side which made me start to watch and that's what we saw. I also got sick (sinus infection) at the resort so I'm sure others did as well. Food was not great either. The one great thing is that the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. But there just isn't enough quality activities. Nights are really quiet and not a lot to do. There is no equipment to use such as snorkeling gear or kayaks. Every other resort we've been to had has that available so that was a let down. We talked to multiple others that felt the same as us. We definitely would not return.

Outstanding 5 star resort
Outstanding 5star resort, food, service, cleanliness, everything! staff can't do enough for you. Ignore the people who moan about the seaweed on the beach, it is a stunning beach, and the seaweed is cleaned up every day (not that it was an issue)
