More oversite needs to happen with the Housekeeping staff. Several issues that should have been dealt with before check in. With the Global internet issue and room key problems that the front desk was dealing with a manager should have been available to deal with check ins instead of a person who was only on their second day on the job. Check in was confusing and chaotic.

Staff were great, but the property is old and run down. No amount of cleaning will make the rooms look clean as they are old and worn out. Rooms are way overpriced for the poor condition they are in. Would not recommend, unless priced as a roadside motel. I didn’t stay the night due to how dated and gross it felt.

A pretty good hotel. It had a nice, upscale refined feel to it. The breakfast was great, and pretty good value for an additional 12 dollar charge. I just found that although the rooms were recently updated and clean, I could easily tell the property was old, and a little more could’ve been done to make it feel more upscale. The shower was beginning to show orange stains, the vinyl plank in the room looked cheap, etc.

Clean hotel and great location
It’s a nice clean hotel in a great location. We had a room right at the elevator which was noisy while people spoke loudly and waited for the lift. Fire alarm was inconvenient and disruptive. Waited for the thumbs up before being allowed back in. Cause was not hotels fault. Just unfortunate.

It looks nice, but when you look closely, we noticed the bathroom was in rough condition, the towels and sheets smelled funny and some of the towels were stained. We ended up checking out early just didn’t feel very clean.
