Horrible customer service. We booked this hotel due to airport shuttle. We called hotel when we landed to confirm we were waiting on shuttle and in the correct area. After thirty minutes of waiting we contacted them again and they said they would call the driver. We waited again for another thirty minutes and never saw a shuttle. We were tired and ready to eat so we got a taxi to hotel. It cost us 50 dollars. We arrived at the hotel to a busy lobby and two staff trying to get rooms situated. We got our room and walked into a cleaner bottle sitting on counter. There was dirty towels hanging on door in bathroom. We checked the room to see if it was clean and we dealt with it because they said they were booked full. The breakfast area is way too small for the size of hotel. We sat on sofas because it had no seating in area designated for breakfast. We will not be using this hotel again nor Holiday Inn Express. Over priced and definitely should be a two star hotel
