Welcome to our eco-friendly oasis, where you'll find a large outdoor palapa kitchen/bar cabana perfect for cooking, bartending, and spending quality time together. Our greywater from showers and sinks feeds our plants and gardens, and we use solar power for our water heaters, pool, and linens. You'll have access to two fully-stocked kitchens, complete with all the essentials you need to prepare meals or have a chef do it for you. Plus, there's a saltwater pool, 2 BBQs, and a washing machine for your convenience.

The property features 6 bedrooms, each with private entrances, air conditioning, bathrooms, and keyed doors. 5 bedrooms have king size beds, and one has 2 double beds and a single bed - perfect for families. 4 bedrooms are on the main level, making them accessible for those with mobility issues. One bedroom is on the second floor with a private covered deck and beautiful views, and another is located on the lower level and has its own covered patio.

We also have amenities such as board games, puzzles, a smart TV, and WiFi. The property is pet-friendly, and we can also arrange for things like massages, surf lessons, transportation, and more upon request. Family trip for Grandma

Family vacation, with our 93 year old mother , kids, grandchildren, cousins , and great grandchildren. Lots a family time, beach going, shopping and eating in the local towns. Loved the outdoor kitchen, all had private rooms with bathrooms, just a great social and family setting. Would definitely rebook when coming to this area, sunsets were incredible, and could see the whales spouting from the deck. Host arranged a day fishing, and we had more than enough for all meals. Any question we had host was more than accommodating.Just an absolutely great time

Another great stay at Casa Carolina

Our family group (ranging in age from 28-89) enjoyed their one week stay at Casa Carolina. Colin and Carole are excellent hosts, making sure we have all that we need while respecting our privacy. The view from the patio/deck is awesome (lots of whale spouts this past week), the outdoor kitchen is well-stocked and a pleasure to cook in. We will, hopefully, be back again next year.

Great spot in Pescadero

This was a great home away from home! We had a large group with small children and all our concerns, and questions were quickly addressed and answered. We really enjoyed our stay and working with the host was easy. We will definitely consider staying here again.

Perfect for a large family

We are a family of 7 with kids 11-19. This was a perfect house. Every kid had their own bathroom, bedroom and entrance to the main kitchen area. We lived in the kitchen and pool. The pool was a wonderful delight. Perfect size and depth. The owner was wonderful to work with and gave us many recommendation that we loved. I would recommend this place and we will definitely be coming back. This location was perfect for us. We loved visiting Todos Santo and El Pescadero.

Great comfortable house for a large group.

Beautifully designed outdoor kitchen with a heated outdoor pool with many rooms for a large family gathering. Very comfortable beds with nice linens and two rooms with even more privacy on an upper and lower level.

Lovely Thanksgiving holiday

The property is spacious with a heated pool which we all enjoyed. The kitchens were well appointed. We were able to fix our Thanksgiving dinner without problem. The owners had bought a turkey for us before we arrived. Nice location.
