Clean rooms and bathroom. Bed was big enough for my 15 year old hockey player son his dad and I haha! Having a fridge and stove is UNMATCHED when we come for hockey tournaments. Really saves us so much money and driving around looking for food.

Made reservation more than 10 days before arrival, and received an early check-in email..!!! Arrived at desk for check-in and was told NO ROOM FOR YOU - GET OUT....??? MY ROOM WAS FLOODED YOU SHOULD OF BEEN CONTACTED...NOW LEAVE....!! There's SO many issues that any person that reads this should be WARNED... Pool was the highlight of the property, mainly cause the wifi didn't work in my room. And they tried to fix it multiple times. Breakfast was normal it was overall a decent stay.

Great, clean family friendly property. Graveyard staff not very helpful, doesn’t know much about room amenities. I called and needed assistance and she didn’t have a clue of what I was talking about, her solution was keep looking it should be there. What? Don’t you think I looked and double check before I called the front desk for assistance. Nevertheless, overall positive experience. Great value for price.

Inconvenience
The rooms were nice and the customer service was great. We however had an issue with the noise. It was constant stomping and banging and running non stop. We were not able to rest. We complained 4 times. We were offered another room which was great and we accepted however what an inconvenience to pack up our things and move down the hallway. When we got into our 2nd room it was clean however it smelled like Marijuana. These are nice hotels however the guest who were staying there really took away from the hotel.
