The staff was nice and the outdoor area was great. However, the hotel needs a lot of updates. The walls, doors and floors need to be scrubbed, repainted and/or replaced. For the amount of money we spent, I expected it to be A LOT cleaner!

Great experience and great location. Our room was very comfortable and clean. The view from our room was great and the surrounding area is very nice. We have been here before and we make it a point to stay here whenever we are in NV.

We had issues when first checking in. They claimed they tried to call me with an issue with my booking (I never received a call) they told me they were sold out and wouldn’t be able to get me the room I had booked 10 months in advance for my wedding day and night. After some back and forward and asking for a supervisor they magically found my exact room I had booked after they tried to send me over to the Westin instead. Past that the room was amazing and had a great balcony overlooking the village and was able to enjoy live music. The one bedroom suit had plenty of room for me and my bridesmaids to get ready in. The property is gorgeous

Oct of 24.. Checked in told us pool was closed for year.. tried other hotels but all booked now.. wanted to charge us resort fee said that was to deliver water and coffee service to room…after check in self parked then walked 1/2 mile to room. Really Self parking was 1/2 mile from room!! Had paid extra for a view of lake . Room was superhot cause curtains were open (curtains Should be for a view). Thermostat said 58 so that wasnt working either. Called up front asked for different room but all booked up. Sent engineering over. Got it to cool but not much just closed curtains…Thermostat said 58 but was more like 75 the whole time. Terrace had tons of bird crap all over and needs powerwashing at least. Room was outdated with cobwebs on ceiling. Hotel Smelled musty and sulfuric in spots. The staff was nice. Not sure why this is a hilton. Not sure how elderly would get around this place… Would stay at Weston down the street if i have to be in this area.

This is a massive hotel - which is absolutely beautiful - with old world style exotic wood furniture everywhere. Unfortunately my room required a 10 (!!) minute walk back to the lobby and parking - ask for a different room if they mention the “bridge”. I’m a fast walker also. The toilet had a water leak and the floor around it was stained, suggesting that the cleaning crew have likely ignored the problem previously- instead of reporting it to maintenance

My wife and I stayed there for 3 nights after our vowel renewal. The is decent size and the food options are a little over priced in my opinion but good. The hotel is older looking and smelling. Could use some upgrades and pain.
