Its awesome really. Cool joint to walk around in. Nice eateries. The bed is way too hard though, bring your mattress toppers. The casino is one of the worst for smoke. Overall a good stay though.

The room was nice enough, but the bathrrom was dirty. There were short, thick, black hairs left behind in the shower (my daughter called them "man hairs") and a dirty towel was left hanging on the hook. You can also hear everything through the walls, including the obnoxious water show that runs several times a night.

My experience at the Sam’s Town Casino was pretty great. Parking was free which was a huge plus for me, the environment inside and the selected stores around it were also good and convenient. I felt like i didn’t need to leave the property to grab a certain thing. The one thing i do wanna knock one star off was the confusion at the front desk and the bathroom. When i arrived to check-in the staff were pretty confused and asked me if “i’ve already checked in” i told them no. I waited like half a hour then they finally gave me the room key. When i got to my room finally, another half a hour later. Had like a family tried to get in my room. Opened the door and the family said and showed that they also had the same room number. They apologized and left. The staff called my room later to apologize for the mixed up. But yeah, It was alittle scary because it felt like someone was trying to break into my room. Another thing was the bathroom toilet handle didn’t work properly. I had to manually open the top lid to flush. While a minor inconvenience, it was enough to make me slightly annoyed. But besides all that. Overall my experience for the entire hotel was great. 4 outta 5 is my rating. I would definitely book another room in the future if i go to Vegas again.

The thing i did not like about the hotel was,We had the emergency door close to our room when they opened made a lot noise

We were given no information at check-in on how to find the parking garage, no information on where the elevators were, no information on how to find the room. Several guests were more helpful in directions, and we never saw any other staff members after the check-in.
