This resort was beyond what I had expected. Me and my husband went here for our one year wedding anniversary and all I can say is WOW. Stunning resort, super clean, the staff is so nice. The moment you think you can’t meet anyone nicer, you do. They go above and beyond for each guest and you truly feel so relaxed and rejuvenated being here. And the food? Oh my god it was so freaking good. I am still dreaming about the Japanese cheesecake at Hiroshi restaurant. Just the vibes of this place was so great. I am so happy I chose to come to Garza Blanca! We will definitely be back!

Room was spacious, clean and well appointed. Resort was overall excellent but could be improved with less crowding/noise in the pool areas. Most of the desirable spots were reserved or taken extremely early in the morning. Other than that, our stay was lovely.

I loved this resort the view is breathtaking and property is beautiful. Service was very friendly and attentive. The food was amazing and great quality. The resort was very quiet and family friendly, my family loved it. I will say wanted more activities to do around the resort as some were limited to a certain amount of people per day. I’ll def come back.

Resort was beautiful, we loved the pools, beach service, and the food was amazing. Unfortunately we were unable to fully use the turndown service amenity due to the maids that stole my liquid Rare beauty blush(costs $30) and my boyfriends ray bands(costs $200). The sun glasses were stolen out of the sunglass case which was in his backpack. We then called front desk to let them know it must have been turndown service but they let us know they’re staff would never steal and offered to come help us look for our missing items. We turned that offer down because we checked all our bags and all over the room before we even called to complain. It was very frustrating because the response to our issue was very poor. We then had to turn our do not disturb sign on for the rest of the trip due to lack of trust in the staff. We will not be returning.

Garza Blanca is a beautiful resort. The aesthetics of the resort definitely made us feel luxurious. The staff were all pleasant, friendly and hard working. With that being said service could be slow at times. The food could definitely use a few modifications such as more variety and authentic flavors. Our top recommendations for restaurants were Hiroshi, Noi, Bocados and our favorite lunch spot was the food truck on the beach. Blanca blue was unremarkable for both breakfast and dinner. The all inclusive alcohol was standard, not watered down at all. The adults only rooftop was a nice get away from the family scene, however I wish there were more to do up there for adults such as live DJ, dance competitions, dancing parties and etc, even a couple of adult only on resort nightclubs would have been nice. Be careful with their resort presentations, while they can offer great discounts on excursions, hours ran way over the allotted time which caused us to miss some activities that we had planned for the day. Also when planning excursions we were responsible for our transportation to and from our transportation, versus other all inclusive resorts being able to transport guest to and from excursions. Overall we enjoyed our stay at Garza hotel and hope to return in the future.

This is the most boring with zero customer service resort I have ever stayed at. The staff except for the bell boys has the worst attitude. You don’t get your room until 4pm no matter what. There is zero entertainment at nights. It’s very boring. Kids are screaming none stop. The bar closes at 11pm and even if you want water they don’t give it to you. They have items on the menu that you have to pay for even if you are All Inclusive. Don’t waste your money by staying here go elsewhere. It is NOT worth 1k a night!

We stayed in an all inclusive package for 7 nights. Property is very nice and new. We had a one bedroom ocean view suite, very spacious and comfortable on the third floor. Sound proofing in the suite is poor, we can head our neighbours talk on the phone every morning. 3rd floor you can hear all the kids in the pool first thing in the morning. Suggestion to the hotel is put guests with kids on the lower floor and without kids on the higher floors. There where 3 days that we could hear some sort of power tool right above us between 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. Didn’t know there were construction going on at the hotel?!? Overall food is ok, all of us got food poisoning. We think it’s from the seafood at the rooftop bar/restaurant. One of us got both toes shredded at the swim up bar pool and again at the infinity pool by the Japanese restaurant. The day of check out, our room entry bracelets were disabled by 10:30 am although check out is at 11:00 am Went down to the front desk, front desk staff helping us was Yumal I think her name was, her attitude wasn’t the best, seemed really annoyed and when gave feedback about the pool that some parts might need to be smoothed out in case some else gets their foot shredded. Unfortunately she did not response. Usually you get asked how was your stay but not here. Otherwise all the staff in the hotel are great, Alan by the pool and Eduardo by the rooftop are a worth a mention same as all housekeeping and restaurant staff great.

This property is not a 5-star property. If you don't make reservations for dinner, you are basically not having dinner. This trip was for my wife's 45th birthday and the concierge made a mistake on the dinner reservation, so we didn't have birthday dinner reservations that night. Unfriendly bar tenders that don't smile. The pool water is not clear and looks dirty from all the kids that are swimming in it. No night entertainment like I have seen at other resorts. The worse part was that my wife and I got COVID at this resort.
