Upon check-in we learned that the bar/restaurant was closed for the weekend and we were very disappointed . The bar restaurant was one of the reasons I booked the hotel. The morning we left (2nights) I learned there was a complimentary continental breakfast we were not told about. Staff could’ve been friendlier at checkin, I’m very friendly so there is no reason to seem indifferent or that I’m inconveniencing you to check in.

This is a great small hotel! Very close walking to the Falls! While it says no breakfast, they do serve pastries, coffee and juice...great small selection that suited our needs! The lobby smells amazing! Its a scent machine...we asked! Beautifully decorated! Loved our small balcony! Staff was VERY friendly!

In my opinion, this property is not a 4-star property. The rooms smelled, and the management was rude and unprofessional. I should've read the reviews before I booked with them. I canceled my reservation and booked with the Hilton Double Hotel, which was several levels better than the Cadence. I would never book a reservation there again. Please go and look for yourself to get a better picture of the property.

When we arrived we were expecting a bar and a restaurant that was part of the stay and neither were available and that was one of the main reasons we booked there. We didn’t find out it wasn’t available until we arrived. Besides that everything thing was pretty ok

I couldn't sleep until 4am because there was a noises from the next room i called the reception about 10 times after that they talked to them And the towel was very dirty and old The bed was not comfortable
