The room was clean and comfy. Staff was nice and accommodating. The daily breakfast was good, and they had complimentary lemon water, snacks ( cookies, muffins, brownies) available in the lobby. The pipes in the room were loud you can hear water flowing through the pipes all night if someone was taking a shower. The wall are very thin. I could hear the phone coversation of the person in the next room clearly. And the noise from the road was very noisy whether is was construction or street cleaning.

We had an anniversary trip and this hotel was awesome. The room was pretty spacious and the fireplace and whirlpool bath were just what we needed. Comfy bed and breakfast was pretty good however the sun was beating right in where we sat and it’d be nice if they had blinds. The parking across the street was fine and it’s gated which was nice to not have to worry about the car. Staff was super friendly. The decor is very nice. Very cool looking hotel. We nicknamed it Spook Central for Ghostbusters. Definitely would stay again. Walking distance to the Falls was about 10 minutes and was easy to find. Some decent restaurants nearby. We are planning to come back very soon!

Overall a really good stay, excellent large room and good breakfast Only small downside was that we arrived early so we couldn't have our room so we wanted leave our bags so we could enjoy the falls and they were just left in the breakfast room not secure

Amazing stay!
My boyfriend and I came to Niagra Falls for a quick overnight trip for our anniversary. He has never been to Niagra Falls. It was convenient that the Falls were a 5-minute walk from the hotel, so we did not have to figure out parking between our hotel and downtown. The clerks at the front desk were so helpful and nice. There was a sign in the bathroom that said if you wanted to take the robes home, you could but there was a charge for each of them. We did not have robes in our room, which was not a big deal at all. We stopped at the front desk to let them know, just so we werent charged for them. The clerk at the front desk immediately went and got us two robes. To our surprise there was live music and food trucks just down the street that we enjoyed while walking around. The sky view room also had an amazing view of the Falls at night. Breakfast was great as well! Our family has traveled A LOT this summer. This was by far our best hotel stay ever. Highly recommend.

Not at all a Luxury Hotel
I have stayed at this property the past 3 years for a Family Reunion the first week of August and it was fantastic the previous 2 years but NOT this year! Room 307 was dirty, faucets, shower and stains on the lamp shade! The bed had a weird odor. Towels were frayed on the ends. Wood on the bathroom vanity had a ton of chips in it. The breakfast situation has gone totally down hill! This is advertised as a Luxury property and that is very far from the truth. Front desk girl had pink furry slippers on?? Bar is beautiful and was only opened on friday night and when I asked that morning if it would be opened the front desk wasnt sure? Sad this property has gone downhill in one year!

Kitchen Staff parked in the two unloading parking spaces. ONE microwave for the entire hotel guests to use and it was absolutely filthy. The first room we were assigned to had a larger air deodorizer machine running in the room. The room smelled awful. The second rooms carpet was warn down to the subfloor. I’m guessing it hadn’t been replaced until in decades. Breakfast was subpar to Hampton Inn’s breakfast. I would never go back…NEVER I have 2 photos of microwave and room carpet.

The only place to stay in Niagara Falls!
This hotel is fantastic! Great location a short walk to Maid of the Mist and lots of restaurants. Beautifully (and recently) restored Art Deco building. The rooms are extremely comfortable and luxurious, and the staff is exceptionally friendly. Check out the beautifully restored bar on the first floor. Parking is convenient, free and secure.

A beautiful reconditioned older hotel in downtown Niagara Falls with very secure parking and an excellent breakfast included. It also has a 19th floor lounge (no bar) to see the whole area, but not a direct view of the falls. It's easy walking distance to the park and maidof the mist.
