Front desk staff were very welcoming and friendly. The room and building are very clean. The location is within a very short walk from Niagara Falls State Park, very close to the footbridge to Goat Island. We walked the park trails easily to all major points of interest for viewing the falls and fireworks over the falls. There is a restaurant on site with indoor & outdoor seating and a free full restaurant breakfast. The hotel also provided a complimentary snack in our room’s mini fridge upon arrival. There is free parking in 2 small lots behind the building. Within a 5 minute walk, there are food trucks & small restaurants with a variety of options & outdoor seating, as well as several souvenir shops. Despite its proximity to everything, it is also slightly removed/set aside from the activity & crowds and was pleasantly quiet for sleeping. This is our third time visiting the falls, but our first time at this hotel. It has been by far the best location for accessibility to the falls and service. This hotel is truly perfect for visiting Niagara Falls, NY side: excellent quality, staff, location, & accessibility. We highly recommend it!

The Red Coach is an old, charming inn. It was clean. We stayed in a spacious suite. We were very comfortable. Beds comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Wait staff polite and helpful. Grounds were lovely. Best place to stay and visit The Falls.

Location is excellent! We had a view of the Niagara rapids from our room, which we loved. The hotel is charming and the staff was very helpful and attentive. A full made-to-order breakfast each day was a big plus. We were sad to leave this wonderful hotel and hope to make it back some day.

My wife and I had a great time at the Red Coach Inn. While the Inn is obviously quite old it appeared to be recently updated but kept the old-style Victorian type of charm. We were right across from the Niagara River. We did not drive our car once during the 3 days we were there. We walked around the park and city on the American side and one day we walked across the rainbow bridge and spent a few hours on the Canadian side. You can ride the local trolly thru the park for only $3.00 per day. We ate two breakfasts and one dinner at the Red Coach Inn Restaurant. All meals were fabulous. It was wonderful to stay in a unique hotel that was fresh and not all worn out. This had much more charm than staying in one of the traditional hotel chains. Keep in mind that there are no elevators. So, if you have a suite on the 3rd floor like we did, you will definitely get your leg exercise in. We will stay there again if we are ever in the area. However, since we live in Sacramento, CA, this will most likely be a once in a lifetime experience for us. This was another reason fo booking the Red Coach Inn. It was a very memorable and pleasant experience!

This was a great place to be our base for touring Niagara Falls. Everything including Canada was within walking distance. No fighting traffic or paying for parking. The staff is amazing and super friendly. The room was spacious and bed was comfortable. No complaints.

Our anniversary celebration for 46 years. Does not live up to the rating. Too bad - No maid service. Request towels, garbage bags, other toiletries each morning or miss a day. No parking for guests as locals park on property and although patrolled no guest license plates are recorded. Area outside property is not well lit and dangerous. Got yelled at by the cook for parking near rear door, but no signs or striping to indicate “no parking”, “deliveries only”. I parked there as told to by registrar at front desk - was told mgr left so one spot available Cooks and staff gather to smoke and sit in alley while busy inside. Although breakfast is included, waitress(one) insists on gratuity. Outside dining is great-can here the rushing river and serenity of the park when no pedestrians walking/talking. Although a huge tourist attraction, Niagara Falls, no parking lots to handle the visitors. Restaurant staff is too few to provide any decent level of service. Food is very good though. Niagara Falls is the Honeymoon capital of the world is not so on the US side. Canada side is Outstanding, excellent service and hospitality. We will stay in Canada next anniversary celebration.

The staff was great, the property itself is well maintained and has a very quaint ambience. The parking lot is behind the hotel and there isn’t a clear cut place to park in front to check in so that could be problematic perhaps just for convenience, otherwise easy. Just park in the back and walk around. Room was cute and eccentric, kitchen will need an update soon to match the trendy artistic style in the rest of the room. We very much enjoyed our stay and would recommend, the restaurant downstairs was enjoyable. I saw someone say they didn’t like it, but we thought it was just fine.

A magical place right by the Falls!
We have stayed here before and it's magical. We were coming back from a whirlwind work event in Boston and I thought we needed this! The oh-so-comfortable bed, the tub, the soft robes, the substantial "snack," the luxurious ambience of the room from the moment we opened the door to the soothing strains of classical music. And of course, your fabulous breakfast! We first stayed here a few years ago because when I saw it, I always dreamed of doing so. A historic hotel so close to the Falls! What more could one want?
