It has a pool area only for adults and it's by the beach. Buffet is also close to the ocean so you get nice views while eating.

This was our first trip to this resort. Not our first trip to the area. Before I start on my review, I want to state that EVERY ONE of the staff that we interacted with were extremely courteous and helpful. They all went above and beyond daily to do their best with what they have. That said, here are some things we didn't like. 1. Food. With the exception of the specialty restaurants, the food is not that good. We come to the area 4-5 times per year and we have never been to a resort where the food quality and selection were lacking, especially in the buffet. 2. Drinks. We bought the highest level, Altitude, to allow us to have higher end drinks. They didn't have high-end wines or spirits. The bar tending staff need standardized training. I ordered a greyhound at one bar and the second bar the bar tender didn't know what grapefruit juice was and had to consult a peer on how to make. Even after I told him the recipe. 3. The swim-up rooms are not worth it. The area is adjacent to the main pool deck and there is constant traffic and noise until about 9:30-10 PM daily. Not quite an oasis to relax. Things we did enjoy. 1. Adult pool. The adult pool is right on the beachfront and features and infinity design. It is actively policed for children and adults can relax and not worry about a crying, screaming child. The wait staff there, specifically, Adrian, were outstanding and I was never thirsty nor hungry. 2. Rooftop bar. Another adult only location. Perfect for sunset

The overall cost/benefit ratio was really good (we got all inclusive). The facilities are great and all is as advertised. My only comment would be with the check-in process. Even though you get to do it in a different lounge with A/C and snacks while you wait, the process itself takes a lot of time. It would be good to have all pre-filled just to sign.

It was an amazing experience, I would recommend anyone stay here. The food was unreal (even the buffet), the drinks were incredible and the staff was so friendly. The service was awesome. It really all started right when we first checked in. It was a super smooth quick process (they even gave us margs right as it started). We were able to book all our dinner reservations at check-in. It was truly an incredible 7 days and we are grateful for all the staff for making it an amazing vacation. I first want to shout out Cesar Suarez who went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed and continually checked up on us to make sure everything was good. Whatever he is currently being paid, triple it. He is a guy you need in the mix and was integral to making sure our experience was amazing. I cant thank him enough. Also, Marco Also, I want to shout out Edgar, Manuel, Enrique, and Adrian who made sure our glasses were never empty at the pool. They always had a smile on and made sure the pool days were fun. All the bartenders at the adult pool also were awesome (apologies I forget names), but great guys. The bartenders at the hotel lobby (Jesus, and the others) always had a smile on and made sure we were taken care of. And then all the guys waiters at the restaurant (forgetting names here again) but we showed up everyday and they were such good guys. Super accommodating on meals and impeccable service. Finally, the housekeepers did incredible work. & Marco was great 2

We stayed 12 days and had a great time !! Concierge Maricruz helped us so much. It was like she was there just for us and we appreciate her. Roberto handled all of our transportation needs. Rafael in Activities is amazing. This young man could work in any activities director role. Great personality and treats everyone with respect and makes sure they have fun. Michele at the pool was never far away and always got us what we needed. Drinks or an umbrella to keep the sun at bay. The Entire staff was friendly and attentive. We have only been to a few hotels where the food, staff, entertainment and cleanlyness were top notch. Thank you all for the Great Vacation !!!

We stayed a week. You get bombarded by recruiters to buy a membership to their hotel as soon as you walk into hotel. Never knew when the maids would come, one day they came 2 times then didn't come for 3 days. The food was hit or miss. The Italian restaurant was good, the buffet hit or miss! The pool was nice and clean. Would not go back.
