We had a great experience. The staff were amazing the food everything good. The only downfall is that when you are in the pool they serve the same food over and over. It would be nice if they would offer different food or give you the option to order from a menu

Great service and clean facilities. The entertainment and food was very good value and a very enjoyable experience. Only issue was with check in, very very long and with errors and sent me to wrong room then en up charging for a child which we thought was in reservation. Not sure we will return.

The beach is beautiful and swimmable. They have some palm trees for shade but you can always rent an umbrella for about $15 for the day. The adult pool was fun. The food was not my favorite but doable. We had no issues getting into the specialty restaurants and food was decent. The neon party at RIU Jalisco was so much fun.

This is our second time in this hotel. They have the best beach access. Food selection is great and restaurant area is very clean. However, I can't recommend it for service. It used to be better. Unless you tip, meaning you have to carry money everywhere, you get no service. You're literally ignored or shown that you're the least priority. Old, disgusting beach towels, that you can't switch up during the day. No service on the beach. A lot of random people in the beach area that it doesn't feel safe anymore. 10 boogie boards for the whole hotel filled with kids...ridiculous.

Fast food like dining, rude/sarcastic staff, left our luggage on the floor spilling onto a dead dragonfly being eaten by hundreds of ants. Cheaper and humbler hotels had better food, service and dining. Not worth spending so much money for average to below average experience.

Really only 2 good restaurants on the property. Asian food and steak house were not good. Sports bar food was awful. Very few amenities like robe and slippers, complimentary soap, shampoo and lotion and other extras normally available. Wait staff was not attentive for the most part
