The staff was so rude, The area was too big and didn't have good entertainment. No coffee shop for such a big resort. Too many animals eating our drinks and food.

Staff at the restaurants were great to deal with. The reception for the family club was not the greatest. I did get food poisoning at Mama Mias and the staff gaslit me saying theres no way.

Staff and their service was top notch. Alway attentive and very professional regardless the situation. In terms of the hotel, even tho is a 5* you can see that is kind-ish an "old" 5* and/or it don't give you that feeling of mega luxury. I would highly recommend a revamp in the gym area and equipment. We tried all the restaurant and they are good, one more than other but in general all are good. Some of them the food portion can be a bit short. The buffer have ample of options but some food is flat in taste. Food around the pools, pool bars, etc. great.

Extremely dirty and loud, have music blaring all day everyday, always the same 10 songs on repeat. The staff will come into your room and steal from you, and if you try to report it they’ll threaten to kick you out. They let the animals run the place, so it’s extremely filthy and you can’t sit outside without being attacked. Also both got food poisoning twice. Literally go to any other resort in Mexico, and I can guarantee it would be a lot better than this one

This place was horrible, the worst we ever been to and we travel a lot. We paid for VIP and splash park was not even included, nor ice-cream place for kids. Resort is old, dirty and falling apart. Pools are dirty, tiles falling, cracks everywhere. Pools are connected sort of like lazy-river so maybe that is the reason nobody fixes them or cleans them. Just disgusting place on earth. Their review is fake, don't make the same mistake!!!For entire resort there is only 4 narrow elevators. BEACH IS SMALL , DIRTY AND SMELLS HORRIBLE. NOTHING FOR KIDS TO DO. FOOD IS HORRIBLE NO CHOICES SAME THINGS EVERYDAY AND EVERYWHERE IS THE SAME FOOD. NO ENTERTAINMENT/they only have auditorium where sometimes the put up slides and music. It is not worth a penny to pay for it. Front desk is not helpful, arrogant and if you have issue they will tell u to leave but will not refund u money!!!!

Property is need of updating. Roof needs replacing as water pours through common areas. maintenance patches quickly but is pointless without fixing the roofing issue. Staff fabulous - Ramone Foot - our room attendant was the best!! The food was only ok. The property needs to review menus and amp up quality of ingredients. We overall enjoyed our stay and would recommend, we did have a great time!!

We went to this resort a few years ago and had a great experience. However, this time was not as great. The resort felt dirty, there were days that there was animal poop on stairs for multiple days without being cleaned. Also, the wild life was a major problem that prevented us from being able to relax. The Coati's would take away food in people's hands (and they did mine once), they would dig through your belongings if you were in the pool, and they would run in front of you. It was awful and prevented our vacation from being relaxing.
